I don't have an example problem but I am a bit confused as to how to know what number to add to a data set to create a desired median.

For example, if I am running a race and my scores were ___ ____ and ____, what must my next score be to get a median of __?

Can I have an example problem and the steps to solve it? Thank you!

Basically, do you think isolationism can still be attained today? Why or why not? What would be the possible consequences or good things that can come from it?

I heard it in the mall today and when I tried to shazam it, it didn't work. All I remember is that the song started and whoever was singing (it was a male) was saying "I stand alone" several times, there was a verse, "I stand alone" again, the same verse as before, the chorus once more, and then it ended.

So my friend's dog is about 10 weeks old and hasn't been vaccinated yet. The dog was bought off of Craigslist from a litter and the parents were still alive from what I've heard so it couldn't have been transmitted to this dog, or else both the parents and dog would be dead by now.

The dog mainly stays indoors and rarely gets taken out for walks.

Today, I walked into the living room and the dog came at me and was very excited. He tried to climb my leg and while doing so, scratched me a bit. The scratch didnt start to hurt until later when my dog (who is vaccinated) licked it. It's about 2 inches long and is raised a teeny tiny bit. No blood. Nothing. It just stung both when my dog licked it and when I disinfected it.

So, is there a chance I could have been infected? What are some symptoms and do they show right away?

I recently found a long, tiny, thin, white (almost clear looking) bug the size of my thumbnail. It had quite a few legs and was similar to a millipede. Didnt fly or anything and was so pretty fast. Friend of mine also found one but it was in her bed. What could this be?

and if not, what are the benefits of drilling our own oil and how will it help create jobs in america?

A few years ago I sent a very tiny necklace in a christmas card to my friend. UPS took it out of the envelope and sent the card along so she didn't get it. The other day, I sent my boyfriend a small band pin. He received it with a rip on the side of the envelope and no pin. My friend sent me a cloth patch (made out of a 4 inch piece of t shirt material) and I didn't get it in the mail at all.

Any explanation?

I know that the person who created the comic is either connected to or is a director of some artistic films. The comic was printed in some newspaper (forgot whether it was american or foreign). Each comic consisted of the same exact panels starting with a dog barking in the morning until the night where he keeps barking and eventually stops. The words are the only thing that changes each time.

I have to creatively present the story map for the book Animal Farm. My teacher said I can write a song, dance, basically anything that isn't a regular story map on a piece of paper. I am completely lost. Any ideas?

I'm writing an essay and we must analyze and look into different situations like this.

One situation is: a man is 18 and starts talking to a 13 year old girl. They become good friends and eventually, when he is 20 and she is 14, he realized he has feelings for her. They met online, live across the county from one another, and don't talk sexually in any way. He plans on not getting into anything or meeting her until she is of age. They talk every day, good and clean video chatting, and their friends know about this.

Would you consider this illegal (based on what is stated above, and not if it was a sexual relationship between the two).

I don't remember whether it was one or the other. All I remember is that in the beginning, there is a young boy talking about war and how his parents were taken away or kidnapped (something along those lines). He takes many long pauses in between and it sounds like an echo.

I am 14 years old and a freshman in high school. I recently created a gay straight alliance in my school. I realized that we need to bring more attention to the transgender community.

I was wondering if for a whole day or whole week, I pretend I am transgender or gender neutral and have someone document everything I do and go through and at the end of the week, show the video. Some things I have to face include bathroom situations, being called "he" instead of "she" or whatever pronoun it is, and anything else usually separated by gender.

I am 14 and just recently entered a relationship with a 19 year old guy (turning 20 in december).

I've known him for over a year after we met on a live stream of a concert. We are planning to meet in about a year and a half for a special event im attending in washington. I'm from California, he's from Washington state.

He has no intention to talk to me sexually and constantly makes sure that nothing inappropriate is exchanged between us two.

I'm best friends with his band mates and we have spoken over webcam a few times and we text every day. I genuinely like him and I am wondering if this is legal even though he is an adult (though I knew him since he was a minor) and non sexual.

I realized that I felt as though I had some mucus in my right nostril. I blew my nose and nothing came out so I didn't worry. A few minutes later, I noticed that when I would breathe, it sounded and felt as though I still had something in my nose. I blew my nose harder and realized that there was about half an inch of brown mucus sticking out of my nose. I had to pull it out of my nose and there was about 3 inches of brown mucus in the tissue. It basically looked similar to a slug as well as had similar consistency and was all in one piece. I've never experienced this before and it was a dark brown/slightly reddish color.

Should I be worried and what is the cause of this? This was on one nostril only and the other one is fine. Thank you.
