Suppose the moon rotated on it's own axis a little faster and exposed it's entire surface for observation and never an eclipse. Suppose there were no oceans but only moderate sized lakes and creeks but no mighty rivers, no mountains only some hills larger than others, gray and no black nights or stars to see for being in a dusty part of the galaxy, no other planets to observe. Suppose things still grew and we could harvest crops and had a 24 hour day. Suppose we pondered an unproven God that never intervenes. Do you think things have been better in that kind of environment or would mankind fall to uncontrolled depravity for lack of national spirit that barriers foster?

NASA predicted a peak of 90 sunspots in about 2013 but we just had a 26 sunspot day on July 5th, 2009. It marks the end of the lull with a surprise surge. The graph that came with the May 29th sunspot prediction from NASA showed an average of 25 would not come for another 18 months. My guess is a surprise revision (returning to their 2006 predictions) in about 180 days. What's yours?

Dated 03.10.2006 a Solar Storm Warning article by NASA explains an accepted theory about solar flare activity. The two scientists involved both agreed the upcoming maximum "should be a doozy" but could not agree on 'when' that would be, 2010-11 or 2012. The Sun currently is in a longer than expected lull. Isn't the later guess looking more accurate?

I was fixing to answer a question about wanting to blame Christians for slavery. The point of my response was going to be that I don't mind seeing prophecy fulfilled and why such accusations were false though the blame is bound to come. The question got deleted.
