I started running outside last month, after using a treadmill from October to December. From the starting point until yesterday I've been able to run 3.60-3.70km in about 19-20 minutes, without stopping. Last week I came down with a really bad cold, and I decided to take a few days off (I usually run four times a week). I started my routine again yesterday and found that after about 11 minutes of continuous jogging/running I had a really bad side stitch. I had to pause for about two minutes and then continued. I ran for another 3 minutes and then it came back, after another short pause I continued and finished. Today it was even worse; I had to stop three times, and the stitch was even more painful. Honestly I'm really new to running so I'm not entirely away of all the useful tips. For background information, I'm 16 and reasonably fit. I'm mainly running to get rid of some belly fat and to improve my overall health. I eat healthily and try to keep active throughout the day; I do some jumping jacks in the morning as well as some squats, I walk to and from college and then go out on my runs at night.

Are the stitches a result of my body getting over the cold and not having run for a few days or am I doing too much? Like I said I'm new to all of this so any advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance :)

About two weeks ago my family switched from BT to Virgin. Ever since the switch I've been unable to play Grand Theft Auto IV online; every time I try to join a session I receive the message: "Disconnected from game session. Returning to single player...".

Over the next few years I'm hoping to begin making several short films, starting with a few stories that I've had bubbling around in my head for a long time now. I'm wondering if - when writing a screenplay - it's best to create a complete plan or to just go for it and then go back and edit later. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm slightly worried about my neighbor's suspicious actions; he's always been a little strange, and he's always lived alone. Over the past few days, whilst on my study leave I've noticed him looking over his fence and staring directly into our windows, as well as the house on the other side of his garden.

We also live directly behind the local all-Girl's school. I have seen him staring at the young girls during the lunch and break times from the fence that separates the back lane to the school field. He also sunbathes NAKED in the summer, which is extremely inappropriate as I have a younger sister who can see into his garden through her window. Not to mention the much younger Children on the other side of the fence. This sort of behavior has been going on for years, what is the best course of action?

I've already tried asking this question once today, however most of the answers suggested that he's just lonely and I should talk to him. I would have included these more "interesting" details the first time had I known that I would receive such quick responses. Any help would be greatly appreciated. But please, if you're going to treat me like an eight year old then don't bother replying.

My Printer model is the ESP C310.

Basically my Printer has always worked fine, it's wireless by the way, however about a week ago I started to get this error message 105-100003 and sometimes 105-100008. The Printer itself is connected to my network, however when I checked on the Printer in the Home Centre software, it said that the Printer was disconnected. I believe that the problem lies with my Firewall, I use Norton 360 so my Firewall is basically controlled for me. I've been through Kodak's guides; restarting the router, re-downloading Home Centre, turning the Printer on and off again (really Kodak?) I'm honestly at a loss. On a side note, I did remove the Printer and try to re-install it; Home Centre couldn't detect it but I managed to install it to my system by using the Printer's IP address (did I mention that it is indeed connected to the router?). I have also looked around on other sites for answers, many people say that you should turn off the firewall and try printing again. I realize that this does sound stupid but I'm not entirely sure how to turn it off with Norton, I have tried turning off the smart Firewall but that, again, did absolutely nothing. I would greatly appreciate any help that anyone has to offer. Thanks in advance.

I am doing a paper on how Scientific advances influenced the public and the writer of The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. I just need some basic information as to how the public reacted and how this may have influenced Stevenson. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please ignore the odd title (had to fit it in the character limit) For my English homework I have been tasked with writing 5/6 bullet points on society's views on Scientific advancements in the 16th and 19th centuries (the periods of Shakespeare and Stevenson) I then need to explain how these link to the two texts and how the public's attitudes influenced the writers. Now before you start telling me to do my own homework please note that I'm simply asking for some links or basic information; I've been searching for a while now and have not been able to come up with anything. I'm currently in Year 11 and I'd really like to lose some weight before I (hopefully) begin Sixth Form. Recently I've been really depressed about my weight, I've always taken a lot of crap for it, especially in recent years. I don't want to lose weight to impress people who quite honestly I hate. Unfortunately I'm unable to pay for a Gym Membership so I could really use some advice on how to lose some weight without heading to the Gym. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The trailer will run before The Avengers on May 4th when the movie is released in America BUT It's apparently being shown before ALL versions of The Avengers including the UK. As the film is released on Thursday in the UK I'm assuming that the DKR trailer will not be shown on Thursday but maybe it will be shown come May 4th, does anyone have any ideas?

I have sat down in my seat but nothing is happening, everyone is just standing there. Is it something to do with the Jagged crown quest? I found but instead of giving it to the General I just asked about the peace council hoping that I could give it to him afterwards. Any ideas?

I was happily playing Batman Arkham City when suddenly lines started bouncing off the characters and backgrounds and then the game froze. I rebooted the Xbox and now everything has these strange lines bouncing of them.

I brought a new laptop last week, with HD graphics and the "kind" lady at Currys assured me that this laptop can play HD videos easily. When I loaded a HD video into the editing software, the video and audio was out of sync. Any ideas?

I like to consider myself a big film fan and I was really annoyed on Friday when I went to my local Cinema to discover that the Descendants was rated 15, I turn 15 in March so naturally I was even more annoyed. I have heard that it's because the F word if used, can anyone confirm this? if so that seems a little stupid to me considering most 12-15 year olds know swears couldn't it have been rated a 12?, the Dark Knight was a 12A and that movie featured the Joker stabbing a man in the eye with a pencil.

Hello, I am struggling with this Math question, how would I solve it?

A photo is enlarged by a ratio of 1:5

a)The length of the small photo is 15cm, what is the length of the large photo?

b)The width of the large photo is 45cm, what is the width of the small photo?

I was suspended due to my Bio, according to Xbox I am suspended until the 26/11/11 which is today, so does this mean at some point today I can Sign in to Live or Will be exactly 24 hours since the Suspension?

If he is, I don't see why people always say how charitable he is........
