I had to get a pin in my finger to straighten it or else it would not be straight and im wondering if there is anything i can do so that i can play until my season is over.

At practice I will stretch my arm out with the team and everytime i throw a ball this pain will flare up in my arm and then go away a couple seconds later. I can't throw as hard as I can because the harder i throw, the more painful the pain is in my elbow. I am an outfielder and not a pitcher so i don't think throwing too often is the problem. How could i treat my elbow so that it does not hurt after evertime i throw. The pain is not unbearable, but it still hurts and i cannot throw as hard as i would like to because sometimes i have to throw far and i can't do it without my arm hurting.

right now my mile time is about 5:40 and i want to break my schools record which is 4:48 and conference is in May and i am 14 years old and in 8th grade

Im 5ft 4 98 pounds and 14 years old and i want to break my schools record for long jump my best jump is 16 and a half ft

I am in 8th grade and my conference meet is on Tuesday and two runners from my team beat me by 8 seconds in the last 4 meets but i beat them the first 3.

Right now i probably run a 20:00 3 mile and i am in eighth grade and i am wondering if i work really hard this winter, spring, and summer if i can improve my 3 mile to make varsity cross country as a freshman next year

I run junior high cross country and my best 2 mile is 12:58 and our best runner runs an 11:30

Yesterday i ran a terrible race because i let four people from my school beat me and people kept passing me. This is for a two mile race and i am in 8th grade. I am usually our third runner but yesterday i was our 7th. I am pretty sure my asthma had something to do with it because i started to slow up with three fourths of a mile left in the race and i was about to stop.

He runs the mile 45 seconds faster than me and in cross country he beat me by a minute last year in conference in 1 and a half miles and this year we will run 2 miles.

I went on two runs today for about 12 minutes each and i left the ipod at home and both times it said distance .01 miles and time 1 minute 33 seconds even though i ran for 11-12 minutes.

At my first meet i got 14.08 without spikes and without starting blocks becase the school didn't have starting blocks.

track starts on monday and i need to know which shoes should i wear to the practice for track

i always get more deaths than kills the most kills i have gotten is 15 and i got 29 deaths my kill death ratio is .30 also

this year in cross country my pr mile and a half time was 9:50. also how could i do this
