My car won't overheat, but will not heat up unless I am going slow

Runs perfect, but lights went dim, handwarmers were not really working. Digital display would only work if hand-warmers were turned off. I have a 07 Polaris 700 Dragon RMK. There is no battery, but the digital display flashed low power in the right hand side of the screen when on. The lights were a bit brighter when there was no pull from the hand-warmers. Seem to be all connected to the same electrical issue that is going on. Happened to anyone else out there?

My sink at my cabin takes 3 minutes to get hot when its cold outside(all winter), can I plumb a P of Use heater into the hot line. It would be OK right. When the hot water arrives it just won't have to heat it unless its colder than the thermostat setting? Is there anything that I need to know?

There is a pond adjacent to my property. The level of the pond keeps getting higher and overflows in areas that aren't ideal for my property. I keep breaking dam down, but the busy beavers build it back within two days and it is a constant chore. Anybody had any success? How?
