It doesn't make any sense to me. Since people work during the week, afternoon baseball is pretty rare. But when a lot of people are not working on a Saturday, there are still night games? For example, 12 out of 15 games today are scheduled to start in the night.

Shouldn't the MLB takes advantage of the weekends to play in the afternoon like how it was back in the olden days?

Does this mean that most Red Sox fans truly are bandwagoners? Were they fans who only cared about the team after they won it all in 2004 and in 2007. Now that the Red Sox are struggling (not really, but they are third place in the AL East), these "fans" don't care anymore.

I understand that there are large amounts of real fans out there who suffered through the Curse, but this could mean that a considerable amount of fans were also bandwagonners who abandoned their team when they are down.

where did they all disappear? They claimed to be fans before 2004, although they are no where to be seen when there team is down. However, when they win, these "fans" come here and bash the Yankees.
