Hi, so recently I got a job at steak n shake. I was told I would be put in the back, and when a spot opened up as a waitress I would work there, which is fine I dont mind working in the back temporary. They put me in drive through and I'm training. I thought it would be easy but man I was wrong. It gets busy and hectic and I can barely hear the people as they order. I'm really slow with the menue because it takes a while to find the food. My 2nd day I was the cashier but only taking the money, my trainer was taking the order because I suck at it. At the end of my shift the manager counted the register and i was 20 $ short. I was shocked and I apologized and felt like I was going to cry. Im not the greatest at math but I couldn't believe I lost 20 $! They didnt count the register after I relieved the girls who were on there previously so I dont know.. but they werent new.. my manager asked if I was ready to be on it alone and when I answered no he seemed dissapointed and I felt like I let him down :( I really nailed my interview and I feel like his expectations of me are higher than what I can provide. I just feel crummy and im nervous to go to work tommorow.. im slow and after the whole "20 $" thing I just feel stupid. Any advice please? :(

Okay so my dad has an electric guitar and its a good one. Not a cheap one or a peice of junk. He can play it but he learned to play it by his ears not by reading notes. I really wanna learn but I have no clue were to start. I wanna play metal. I listen to slipknot, marilyn manson, suicide silence, the black dahlia murder etc. Stuff like that. I don't wanna just play that but that's what I listen to so that's what I'm really interested in playing. I'm 14 and I can't take lessons. I don't wanna ask my dad to help me (don't ask why) ill go to him for tips but he wouldn't be a very good teacher. So what do I need to learn? No websites unless your sure they will help. Plus my dad doesn't have the time to help. I'm dedicated and I will practice. Thank you!

SOORRY FOR THE REPOSTS

Okay I'm so tired of my boring flat hair -__- I've had like this for like 4 years I'm sick of it. A couple months ago I cut my own hair and yeah It turned out fine but I have so many layers I cant do anything to it. It just doesn't look right. If i try to curl it it takes WAAAYY to long. Did I mention I have very thick hair. If i try to crimp it or anything it takes wayy to long. And it also doesn't look right because I have so many layers around my bangs. My hair is naturally straight which means If i try and scrunch it it wont scrunch because my hair is to straight.I'm gonna dye my hair the color I want so no answers about me dyeing it. My hair is about meduim length. Not very long at all. Its straight and when i try to use heat I have to put loads of hair spray to keep it like that. Noone say put a flower in there because that's dumb and I want a new hair style. I cant perm it and I cant cut it either. I dress all girly girl even tho Its doesn't match my personaltie. My bangs are down to my nose and I put them to the side and I don't like putting my bangs back so no one bother to sujest that. I can't braid it and take it out because it looks weird because of the layers around my bangs. I have a lot. so yeah.. help

Okay so yesterday i was taking a shower please hear me out I know this is stupid but i was txting in the shower. Again I know this was stupid and if my phone does work after this I will never do this again. Anyhow I got a little bit of water on it and I've done this before but yesterday when I was done taking a shower about 30 minutes later i tried to press the end button but it wasn't working so i tried to the TALK button and it called my friend. I tried to hang up and I couldn't so I just took the battery out. Then i realized if the END button doesn't work I can't turn it on. I still cant I tried to blow dry it I left the battery out for a while then I tried to charge it and it works and all the other key buttons work except the power button. its just that one I barley got it wet but the end button wont work. My mom wont take it to get it fixed idk what to do please help

Okay so my friend showed me how to download songs for free and sync them onto my ipod. I didn't think to much of it but then a couple weeks ago I showed my sister how to do it but yesterday she said "You know that whole downloading songs onto your ipod is illegal right?" and I said "what? no It's not." and she said "Yeah your downloading stuff and not paying for it". So i did some research on it and my sister was right. Okay the only website i use is mp3raid.com. i download the songs and sync them onto my ipod using itunes. I didn't know this was illegal or i wouldn't have done it. I don't upload crap because I don't know how to even if i did i still wouldn't. Now im scared and I don't want some FBI agent knocking on my door and taking me to jail... im 13 btw I'm not very bright -_- also what are the chances off getting caught? I don't sell the music i just keep it my self and I don't download like 50 songs at a time. Just a couple every few weeks... thanx!

BBQ: whats your favorite color??

Okay well I'm gonna get a new pair of shoes but I'm not sure which ones to get. I'm always wearing skinny jeans. I already have a pair of converse and I love them but I had them for a year and they ripped. There black and white and they go with everything. But the thing is EVERYONE has them. It just bothers the sh*t out of me. I wanna be diffrent (sounds cheesy) and No one at my school have any vans. I just want a nice BLACK pair of shoes that go with everything. And skinny jeans alot of people say vans look chunky :P. Well Im always dressing in black no color.... I'm 5'1 if that helps... Converse hurt my feet and I hear vans are very comfortable. But I also heard they rip easily. Im not planning on doing any running in them but im gonna be wearing these shoes every single day for school. Im in the 8th grade. I dont wanna customize the shoes there gonna be all black. so any ideas...

There prescription and I'm going to get them this Saturday. I'm mexican very very dark hair almsot black but not there. I have very very dark eyes there brown but look black >.< and i have tan skin. My skin isn't that tan but i am tan. I want something dramatic. I was thinking of grey but i wasn't sure. I dont want any browns something dramatic like i just said. But since my eyes are dark the contact color might look a little darker on my actual eye.

Okay well I do have regular prescription glasses. But I got them like 2 years ago because one of my eyes can't see very well. I can see perfectly fine but i really want glasses and contacts. I don't wanna get fake glasses or contacts or buy the real frames but fake lenses. I made an eye app for this Saturday but I'm not sure if they will still let me get the glasses because i can see fine. But when i did get the glasses i saw fine too but they still said i needed glasses. But the lenses on my glasses are diffrent. Only one is clear and the other one looks like everything is zoomed in. and That's my left eye and when i close my left eye i can't see very well but I'm still not sure if my vision could have gotten better because i have never worn my glasses. So is there anyway i can cheat the eye exam so they will let me get the glasses and contacts for sure?

I know i sound like a stupid little kid just answer my question not in the mood for a lecture or anything.

Okay the sponsors do they HAVE to be buisness or can they just be family and friends?

Okay so my favorite band is the used. I like all of there songs but there are some songs that i just LOVE. The songs that i do like are called Im a fake, Maybe memories, choke me, the bird and the worm, slit your own throat, hospital, wake the dead. The kinda song were bert is literally just screaming into the microphone haha XD okay well anyways i was wondering if you knew any bands alot like the used or any songs that sound like that. I listen to the devil wears prada and black veil brides. I dont want any bands like fall out boy or panic at the disco or linkin park or my chemical romance. and sorry for my spelling im kinda in a hurry. THANX!

how often can i tease my hair without it getting that damaged? like once a week or twice a week or what?

Last week on the 18th of april my mom bought me an lg rumour 2. Well she got it from virgin mobile. She got my sister an lg rumor touch. she got it with internet but every time i go to youtube it doesnt let me on. On my sisters phone it lets her play music on youtube but when you go to my phone it just shows a blank white screen with an [X] on the top left of the screen. we called the company and they said to turn it off and turn it back on well i did that and it didnt work. so can anyone help me. its not open right now and i really wanna listen to music! There kiss salon nails. The brand is kiss and i put them on a couple hours ago. How long will they stay on. I take a shower every single day but other than that i dont do much with my hands.
