e.g. if a check from a family joint account pays for tax due on a family trust account or do they demand the check be written from the trust account?

I live in Washington state, a 2 party consent state. I understand that means that I have to tell the other person if I want to record a telephone call. But often, a company will say "This call may be monitored or recorded..." Am I obliged to give the same information to the agent, or is it that if they are recording, I am also allowed to record because it is a "mutual consent"? Please support answers with websites. I was involved in a 2-car accident. It was fully the other party's fault. The other party wants to settle outside of insurance because insurance rates will go up because she is a young driver. I do not want to do this because of various reasons, and I don't really want to go to court if we can't agree on a dollar amount. Do I have a right to get the money from the other party's insurance company (assuming their insurance adjuster will accept the estimates that I provide) or does the other party have the option to settle outside of private insurance, and if necessary go to small claims court to determine an amount to pay?

The shape has grid paper behind it, but it's not in any special unit. The shape has diagonal lines (similar to the shape below). The reason I ask is because diagonal lines are not the same lengths of straight lines and I can't measure it? What is the formula for this?

OK. I went to school one day and was given to do a worksheet due the next few days. My teacher does not like lugging a giant Houghton Mifflin book home. Most people finished reading the selection. I did not. We had a few snow days and then Winter Break came. I did not have the book with me and I only finished the first page (I had to go out in the hall for a fluency test). In addition, the SELECTION was a clip from a 300+ page book. What should I do? Also, if anyone is willing to type up the whole story for me (Houghton Mifflin Reading Textbook, Grade 5, Volume 1, Theme 3: Voices of the Revolution, "Now is Your Time!-The African American Struggle for Freedom"), you will receive a best answer (10 points).

I was interested in a particular cruise that was operated by Oceania Cruises. I looked at the price and was confused (I was thinking of the B2 (Veranda Stateroom)). It said $9998 under "Brochure Fare" and $4999 under the "2 For 1 Fare". First, what is the 2 for 1 fare (I will be doing this cruise with either 2 or 3 people including me)? I have auditions tomorrow and always had trouble with getting high notes. Is there something that I should eat or drink before the auditions? Also, what shouldn't I have? (Please list things that would help even if I didn't have troubles with getting the high notes.)
