i wanna re pierce my ear but i have a little bump (scar tissue) on one of my ear lobes and i wanna know if its safe to re pierce my ear

i only had my ear pierced once and my hole closed up about 5 months ago

yesterday some kid hit my ear and knocked the earring off my ear and it was bleeding a lot so i went home and clean the blood then i put some of the ear pierceing cleaner soulution so it wont get infected but now the blood that stayed in my ear formed into a scab and now i cant put a earring back in cause it hurts and the scab is blocking the hole what can i do?

right now im at my uncle house and im using his internet connection (he knows it so im not stealing it)
