I've had my Lenovo Z510 for about four months now. When I had Windows 7 on it I didn't have any problems. I decided to upgrade to Windows 8.1 today and since then, whenever I close the lid on my laptop and open it again, the laptop won't open unless I push the power button.

Any help is appreciated :)

I was on a YouTube video yesterday and I saw a code for Destiny for PS3. I redeemed the code and downloaded it overnight. Now, my question is, does this give me access to the full game. I've played the beta but do I have to buy the full game?

I'm looking for an affordable GPU to use with Revit 2005. The Quadros and FirePros are too expensive so I'm looking at the GeForces and the Radeons.

Is this good enough? If it isn't, can you please recommend somehthing good but affordable (as in, $150 or less...).

I have a 4800 RPM 80 GB hard drive that fits in a PS3 lying around. The PS3 hard drive is 5400 RPM. Can I replace my (awful) 12 GB hard drive with this one?

I need to turn my computer off but I don't have access to it. I also dont have a laptop to use. I only have an android phone with me. Can I switch it off? Is it possible?

Everything I find all around the internet is VERY outdated! Anyway, I dual boot Win 7 and Win 8. I started with windows 7 and the made a partition while I was on windows 7 for windows 8 (from the C:\ drive). Simple right? Now, I wan't to completely remove windows 7 and merge the empty partition with the windows 8 partition. I go to computer management and click disk management. I right click the windows 7 partition but the format option is grayed out. What do I do?

So, I have this netbook that can barely run anything. XP is THE optimal OS for it. I got Linux Mint 15 a while ago but don't like it that much so I want to switch back to XP. I don't have a DVD drive so I used a bootable flash drive that I made. When I boot into the flash drive, it starts as usual but then it tells me something about not loading keyboard files and asks me to either shutdown or restart.

Is there something I'm doing wrong here? Is there anything I should do before installing XP that HAS to be done in Linux?

Please help, I'm travelling and I need XP for various reasons!

OH, I used rufus to make the flash drive bootable and yes my motherboard does support this.

I make gaming videos and I usually say "Hello and welcome to *insert name of game here*". But I don't feel comfortable with that. It feels so robotic. I want to say something that'll catch a viewers attention so he or she will stick around for the entirety of the video.

My channel name is Roadkillplays. So, could there be something I could call my fans (which I have very little of) that'll make for a good start?

I recently bought a Nvidia GeForce GT 630. I disabled my on board graphics and uninstalled the drivers for my previous GPU. Now, all I get is a black screen and nothing happens. But, the system seems to boot up since I hear the boot sound...

What could be the problem here? And no, I can't test it out on another machine. Please help! I've tried everything! I've been trying to get it to work for the past 2 hours!

Before you even think about fanboying, LEAVE NOW.

Now that the fanboys are gone, I want to know which one to get. Now, don't tell me that if I don't like it I can sell it and get the other console. No. If I get either of these, I'm going to have to stick with it until it completely dies out.

I want recommendations based on:

1- Hardware

2- Software (as in OS)

3- Exclusives (which has more exclusives)

4- Games (do they lag on one console but not the other?)

5- Controller (which controller is superior and more efficient)

6- Online. (Which has a better community)

7- Games (Which has more games available right now?)

8- Community (Which one has the better community and store?)

That's it. I know it's very detailed, but if at least two people answer it, I might make my mind up.

It runs Windows XP at the moment. But it is very slow. No matter how many scans and fixes I make it just gets slower. Now, I know that it's just a netbook, but this thing has got a lot of potential. If it could run Windows 7 in the past, then why wouldn't it run 8? It has a 1024x768 resolution. It's not the best and I don't care about the snap feature.

Anyway, will W8 work smoothly on this? I hear that it's a lot faster than W7 and XP.

All I do is browse the internet, watch videos on YouTube, Skype and occasionally play some flash games.

Me and my cousin always wrestle. We can't pin each other for some reason so we do submission matches. Every time I try to get him into a figure 4 leg lock, he resists and prevents me from doing it.

So, is there a way to stop him from resisting or is there anyway to get him dizzy enough that I can perform the submission maneuver with less resistance?

I moved to a new house about 2 months ago and I've been really, really homesick since I got here. I've lived in my other house for as long as I can remember. Visits to the house usually make this stop for about a week then I get the same feeling again. How do I deal with this issue, permanently?

I weigh 80 Kilograms, I am 170 CM tall and I am 14 years old. Am I considered fat or obese? What can I do to lose weight except a diet? I can never stick with diets. Thank You! :)

I have had windows 7 on my machine for over a year. I recently installed Windows 8 on a separate partition so I have two operating systems on one machine. I'm quickly becoming frustrated with switching between operating systems using a reboot. I use Windows 7 for gaming and Steam purchases while 8 is for everyday tasks like browsing the internet. Windows 7 has a very slow start-up time so rebooting is very frustrating. Is there anything I could do, like edit the BIOS or download something that does this (not a virtual machine?) Help! I do not have the setups for any games on windows 7. So getting all of them will be a VERY lengthy process. THANK YOU :)

I have 8 GB of RAM

A crappy Pentium G630 ~ 2.7 GHz

ATI Radeon HD 5400 GPU

I can see that the CPU is the worst on the list. Most games have a very low FPS because of the damn thing. So, do you know about any games that depend more on RAM than they do on the CPU?

GTA IV for example is VERY CPU dependent. A game like that just doesn't work for me. My RAM and GPU aren't as bad, they're actually pretty good, so, again, I want a few games that depend more on RAM than anything else. They can be old games or new games, doesn't really matter.

I don't mean that it takes a while to start-up, it starts up in seconds but everything is slow. An example is: when I typed everything back there it appeared 5 seconds after I typed it. This started happening around two week ago. I tried everything: RAM upgrade, MSconfig, CCleaner but nothing works! HELP!

I dreamt about this girl that was in my class today. Let's call her Alice. I say was because she left my school and went to another. I dreamt that she came to say hi and I was the only one in class. I hugged her and she proceeded to kiss me on the cheek. I woke up with a weird feeling. I felt that I love her. I barely knew Alice even though she's been with me at school for about 6 years. Sure, I've talked to her for a while before but never really had feelings for her.

Anyway, I want to know why I had this dream and why I feel that I love her?

Oh I almost forgot. I rarely have dreams. So this was very strange.
