1) Demand £150 billion from France, Russia and Italy to settle unpaid world war one debts.

2) Expand the Armed Forces. Build 4,000 new warships, 23,074 new aircraft, 1,435 new tanks and 4,002 new artillery. Give the Gurkhas pet honeybadgers to increase battle effectiveness.

3) Offer a referendum on either abolishing income tax or waging war against France (why it was introduced in the first place)

4) Abolish the House of Commons, since politics is too important to be left in the hands of politicians

5) The Sovereign rules by decree

6) Since we went through the trouble of invading Iraq, demand 22 billion barrels of oil from them.

7) This will be used to cut taxes on the rich to 3.3%

8) Change the state religion to Thatcherism

9) Outlaw all other religions

10) Outlaw trade unions

11) Demand the EU renames itself the British Empire and submits to the will of London

12) Send all French people to a penal colony on the Falklands
