I'm 15 and I've been training for a while and I hope to have my first amateur fight in a month or so. I don't want to just sweat like hell the week before a fight, I want to get my weight down safely and gradually. So, how do I go about doing that? I weigh about 150 pounds and I want to get down to the low 140's or high 130's. I believe that's Lightweight or Super Lightweight/Junior Welterweight. Any help is much appreciated.

I have avast! Free Antivirus but I want my computer to be as fast and secure as possible, so would you recommend I get Malwarebytes and SUPERAntiSpyware (I've heard they were both pretty good and free!) to work alongside avast!? Or would avast! be okay alone? Help please!

Now that the iPhone 5 is out the 4s price dropped and the 4 is free now. I'm not sure if that's with a new contract or can I use my phone upgrade for it because I've been eligible for an upgrade for a while now. Also, will I have to change my data plan and will that cost?

I've been wanting to make beats for a while now. I had the FL Studio 10 demo on my laptop and I used to mess around with it a lot then my older brother sent me the Producer Edition so i can really get started on teaching myself how to make beats. I was wondering what type of equipment I need though? I can already tell it's not easy, fun, or effective to use a mouse for everything. I know a keyboard of some kind would be useful, but not exactly sure what kind. And what are those things producers/dj's use with the big squares? Anything else do I need? Give me a list or something please.

I have well water and I was wondering how safe it really is. We have a water softener and if we keep salt in it the water has no smell. I shower in it and brush my teeth and wash my face in it daily, but is it drinkable? It has a different taste than regular tap water. And does the water softener actually clean it?

I'm slim/borderline skinny. I have a 6 pack, but only when I flex, and my pecs can jump too. But when I don't flex my body is kind of soft. I do work out, but how can I get a harder body? One were my abs can show without me flexing.

I bought a pair of skinny jeans from Rue 21 but now I'm starting to wonder if they are even male jeans, or did i accidently buy a pair of females jeans. It was my first pair. They are made 5% spandex, they only have 5 belt loops, and the thing on the belt loop says "Carbon" (and written a little femininely if you ask me). They are roomy in the crotch, but I think that is only because I bought them kind of big because they were my first pair of skinnies. Also, the zipper is like 4-5 inches long. Someone help me, I don't want to be a cross dresser. lbvs
