I HAD A DOMESTIC DISPUTE WITH MY EX BOYFRIEND IN EARLY SEPTEMBER... HE IS STILL IN JAIL NOW, BUT I WROTE SEVERAL STATEMENTS TO THE D/A AND THE PUBLIC DEFENDER LETTING THEM KNOW ABOUT THE SITUATION, I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS NOT NEEDED IN COURT BECAUSE I DID NOT FILE CHARGES AND IT WAS LEFT UP TO THE STATE AT THIS POINT.....

SO SINCE I WANT NO PARTS OF THIS CASE, AND I WISH THEY COULD LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE WHY ARE THEY HAVING ME SUBPOENAED????? ARE THEY HAVING SOMEONE STALK ME???? I CANT EVEN STAY HOME BECAUSE IT'S A WEARY FEELING

I NEVER thought I would have to ask the public about such a serious situation,

But what would you do if your child was violated by their own parent, and this child could not speak because of a disability?

The only witness is the other parent, except this parent is not completely sure that theres anything going on. Theres just always strange things happening with the child, when the parent in question comes around.

Although your child cannot speak, he/she is showing signals that something is not right.

After taking your child to the HOSPITAL the results are inconclusive because there is no sign of injury....

So you go to court for a RESTRAINING ORDER against this parent, KNOWING that its your word against theirs because your child cannot speak...

Now the ACCUSED Parent has hired representation because they are well off financially,

and you cannot get the same help because you have been the main caretaker for this disabled child at home.

I CANNOT APPEAR IN COURT.... MY CHILD IS BETTER OFF HIDING WHERE SHE IS SAFE RIGHT ???

Okay, Im dating this guy, and he seems very sensual towards me.

I guess that means he likes me, but it's only been 1 date and 6 months talking over the phone and net.

Our date went very well, and their was alot of chemistry between us both.

Now when he calls it seems to be frustration in the air and he keeps hinting about coming over my house( at night) with some drinks.

2 Day's ago I received a call from my daughter's aide in school, She said " Rae is passed out, Can you come and get her I don't think she's well"! When I arrived to the school, my daughter's teeth were loose (3 teeth) she had a large blood clott in her mouth, and 2 more teeth were hanging by the gumline.

When I asked what happened she had no idea what happened to her, she said "She was sent to me this way from her 1st class." When I went into the office, there was no nurses report, no incident report or anything. The Principal promised me he would find some answers. After sending her for oral surgery, I called the police to the school and they refused to give me the incident report. I am now in a law suit with the district.

I fear after winning the case that she would be in danger in the entire district.

I love my boyfriend, yet he's gained alot of weight. He's 6'4 and when we met he weighed 191 lbs. It looked very well on him cosidering his height, he was pretty slim. Now he's at 235 and we are both uncomfortable. What can he do to lose weight fast and healthy. Should i give him a fat burner?
