I had some trouble a little while ago with my rent and got behind on it. The landlord was fine with it and just said I can start paying him again once everything got sorted out. I am now up to date with the monthly payments but he's now asking me to pay £250 worth of late fees on his mortgage account. Is he allowed to do this?

I can't afford to pay another £250 on top of my rent as it is. I don't know what to do.

I've always been interested in jazz but since none of my friends are interested in it and it isn't really a mainstream music anymore I'm finding it difficult to know what is good and what isn't.

Can anyone suggest any good musicians and/or songs that I could try out, please?

I'm actually a metal fan at heart and have been listening to some of the slower, sadder jazz songs on you tube but I'm looking for something more up beat and happy... Something that really gets your feet tapping!

I'm helping out my boyfriend by doing some research for him, the only problem is that I'm using windows 7 and he's using a Mac. When I transfer the files over from my laptop to his Mac, the text is there but any pictures that I have put onto the document aren't there. Is there a specific flie type that I need to save the files as?

I had a bailiff visit my house today while I wasn't home and he left a letter explaining that he would be returning to remove goods from my house because of a parking fine from last year (first thing I have heard about it).

I know that they're like vampires and have to be invited into the house before they can take anything so I'm not going to let them in ~ simple.

I'm just concerned that they might take my dog. He cost £800 and he's so playful and friendly. He runs to the gate when I open the door and if I open it and find a bailiff I'm worried that when the dog runs out, he might be taken away from me.

Please help!

I found it a few hours ago and tried to give it some kitten milk with a pipette but it didn't want it so I tried it on dandylion leaves and it has started eating them. It's eaten twice now and it's in a shoe box on top of a hot water bottle for warmth with a blanket so it isn't in direct contact with the floor of the box. It's eyes open partially but it closes them again and it's quite unsteady on it's feet still. I'm sure that it's a vole, not a water vole as it is the wrong size and I live nowhere near water.

Should I be feeding it every three hours?

Will I need to somehow provide water for it?

I logged into my yahoo account for the first time today and found emails containing web addresses had been sent to almost all of my contacts. There was nothing in the email, just one web address, a different one for each person. I haven't visited any of the sites myself. The subject box contains a different persons full name for each email too.

What has happened?

Will my passwords for everything been taken?

What should I do?

I'm 22 and I have had rhumatoid arthritis since I was 17 and I really want it to go away. I'm most affected in my knees, my right hip, my elbows and my back and the doctors can't do anything for me other than pain killers. But I'm only 22, what am I going to be like when I'm 62?

Preferably a really quick way if there is one!

I have been asked if my dog will mate with another Samoyed and I have been told that if I use him as a stud it would change his behavior. I love him just the way he is and I don't want him to change. He has the best temperament and is so gentle and loving and I'm his absolute favorite person in the world. I'd be devastated if it made him nasty or anything like that. But I would love it if he could have a girlfriend :)

I'm going to see Lamb of God on Friday and I'm in a wheel chair (I wasn't when I bought the tickets). I am a disabled person and have had trouble at venues and shops before. It says on the website that they have recently built a first floor viewing thing for people in wheelchairs, but I can't find any pictures to see what it's like in there.

I'm don't know if I should use the first floor part or just try my luck down at the front. Will I be really far away? Will the people I'm with have a rubbish time because of where we are?
