The look of the yahoo sign in page has been changed, should I be worried,

C:\WINNT\system32\blackster.scr (Trojan.Agent) -> Delete on reboot, The blackster screen saver is not safe to use, its got a trojan.agent imbeded, go to start then search type in Blackster.exe or just blackster, and delete anything that comes up as that.,and then do a anti-spyware and anti-virus scan in safe mode., that should help, if not solve the problam.,
