I got married over a year ago, and my husband and I have finally decided we would like a new last name, instead of either of our current surnames.

we live in North Carolina - has it been too long to use marriage as a reason for the name change? do we need to go to court, or just file paperwork?

I am a Canadian citizen, but have lived in the US for most of my life (I'm a permanant resident here). My American husband and I want to move to Canada.

Do I need to do all the forms he will have to fill out, or can I just mvoe straight away because I am Canadian? Do we need a sponsor for him, or will being my spouse be enough to get him residency?

What kind of dogs are the most likely to cuddle, snuggle, and be "lap dogs"?

We have a rabbit, about 4 months old, about to have her first litter. According to our calender, she is overdue. We've lookied all over the internet and found a variety of ways to induce labor. Oxycotton isn't a viable option for me to use. I've read other things, like a warm bath, the herb lavender, parsley, but I don't feel very secure with any of these...if you've used these and had them work, let me know! We also have tried putting her with a buck, but she usually just sniffs him a few times and then squeaks and won't let him get very close to her. Any Ideas? I've also read about overdue mothers dying from the babies growing too big before birth, so I'm really worried.

my female rabbit (Moxie) is pregnant, and still enjoys playing with her mate (Toby, who is now neutered). they are in seperate cages, indoor, and she is due on the 14th of February. Can I still let them play together outside of their cages, or will that stress her too much? How long after the birth can I let her play with him again?

I have a female rabbit (Moxie) and a male rabbit (Toby). both are about 3 months old, Toby is neutered. today the buns had their first meeting outside of their cages. Toby mounted and copulated with Moxie 2 times in the 15 minutes they were together. They did not fight at all and seemed very happy, and even groomed each other a little.

Toby is clearly the dominant one, and is slightly older. will mounting decrease as they know each other longer? how often do rabbits that are housed together try to mate?

I am making the wedding cake for a friend's wedding. She has decided she doesn't want fondant icing, so it will just be buttercream. I've been looking for good directions about how to make a cake with 4 or 5 layers - do I need a certian kind of seperator between each layer to keep the icing from sticking and looking bad when the cake is cut? I know I need dowels to support the cake, I just still don't quite understand how the stacking physically works. links to diagrams or videos would help a lot too. thanks!

oh, and the hope is for the largets layer to be 14 inches with each layer 2 or 4 inches smaller ending with a 4 or 6 inch top tier.

how much time did it take you to go from thinking about adopting to finalizing the paperwork? how mcuh did it cost, did you hire lawyers, etc? it adopting internationally easier or more difficult?

I've always though about adoption, but it seems like you have to be prepared for so much time, energy, money, and be willing to be investigated to your wit's end, just because you want to adopt instead of using IVF or having a child naturally. is it really as bad as it seems it would be?

you need to decipher the words at the top and the picture filename. the first code you use a=n, b-o, c=p. the second code is a=z, b=a, c=b. using the second code i got "itacuallyinthewordowned"

I have seriously never been able to udnerstand this, and would like to. which faiths have missionary work? do they actually convert successfully, or just do good samaritan work? if you've done missionary/conversion work, did you wonder how it would feel if someone did the same thing to you with a different faith you didn't follow?

my husabdn and I own the first 9 seasons of the simpons, but we both felt it went downhill after that - when the focused more on homer and bart's stupidity instead of their innocent charm, when marge was always scolding and never taking part anymore. does the movie do the same thing, or does it go back to the wit and satire that I love so well?

bascially, if I go see it, will I wish I hadn't? or will I not believe I went this long without seeing it?
