I am looking at the http://www.amazon.com/XFX-Radeon-MINIDP-PCI-E-HD68... how ever it says online that it requires 2 external pci e 6pin psu inputs. Do I NEED this or will it work fine with one 6ping cable?????

I have a Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 motherboard and i am looking to get a new gpu to replace my waste of silicon gtx 520, how ever the card i want is using pci-e 2.1 bus and my motherboard only has pci-e 2.0 slots. Now i have looked it up, and from what i have gathered pci-e is forward and backward compatible. So this resolves the socket difference, but alot of people are saying that the bios has to have compatible drivers to run a pci-e 2.1 card. I dont know where look in my phoenix award-bios to find out what it will support. Also is there any performance loss when you cross a 2.1 card with a 2.0 slot?

ok for some reson my goggle chrome will load the internet perfectly fine with no problems,but my internet explorer and firefox will not load the internet ive tried it on games like stronghold 2 nothing i can ping so im connected right ive unchecked all the proxy stuff nothing ive checked for male ware spy ware viruses nothing it used to be that internet explorer wouldn't work but firefox and goggle chrome would ive gone thought every thing on the Microsoft website and the forums it dosent work in safe mode nor no add ons plus i cant restore far enofe to undo changes plz help :(
