I started a new job. Few days in I started to experience excruciating back pain that only got worse over time. I tried to push through it for months but it became unbearable. I saw a doctor who put me on light duty. When I went to work they said they could not accommodate me because it wasn't a "work related" injury and an incident report was never filled. Long story short I couldn't return until I had a release form from my doctor saying I could return to my full duty position. It took a month and a half for me to get an appt with my doctor and get a release. His diagnosis was that my back is prone to strains and these job duties were what injured my back. He then recommended I change my line of work or not work too many days. My first day back after 1 month pain free it was starting to hurt again. By the third day my pain was back completely. I spoke to my manager about this and he is saying it's still not "work related" because there was no actual slip, fall, ect to report. So if I was to get a doctors note again they will not accommodate me. He is also pushing for me to quit. I just want to know my rights. And if I call in because of my back pain can I be written up and fired?

Have been suffering from chronic pain in my whole back region for months now making it hard to walk, bend and lift. Doctors haven't found the source of the pain. This pain is made worse by my physically demanding job. Went to the emergency hospital and was given a doctors note for a week off work and on my return to receive limited work (no lifting > 5lbs). I gave this note to my manager and he said they will not accommodate me because it was a non-work related injury and if i wish to return i need to come back with a full release from a doctor no accommodations whatsoever. My doctor is booked until August and won't know the next step til then. But I will not ask a doctor to release me when working makes is so much harder on my back. If they fire me because of this can I file for unemployment? or Do I qualify for disability if I am unable to work because of this?

I have a nikon coolpix l820. Recently it took a great fall when left my camera on the table and a kid knocked it off. Everything looked fine until i tried to take a picture. The screen is pitch black and even when i take pictures with flash in bright lighting the picture comes out black. I know i must have broken something in the lens i just don't know what. Can it be fixed? How do i find a camera repair shop? Or is it better just to buy a new one?

I have this exact pair only the buttons are gold. I'm not to sure on what to wear with them. Please help(:

Okay so i have it on and has been for a while. But every time i check it, it says i have no new visitors. I thought maybe no one was looking at it but my profile views keep going up every time i log in. So i had a friend log in and look at my profile when (there visitors app was on) to see if it worked but when i logged in it said the same thing. Is there any other way to check it? or how can solve this?

i keep trying to restore my ipod but it wont finish restoring it a thing just pops up that says the ipod server could not be contacted make sure your network connection is active or try again. I checked if the ipod was connected and it says it is on the screen, what am i doing wrong? or is there something can do to fix it?

i can watch full movies online for free without having to download anything or having to take surveys that waste my time and take forever that just keep ask for my address?
