Ok so I'm 15 and I've had my period for almost two years now and its finally starting to regulate itself. The past few months I've notice that I get heavy discharge in the middle of my cycle. Does that mean your period is coming soon? It still fluctuates a little so I don't know exactly when it'll come but does this mean anything?

Alright so my dad was making grilled chicken for dinner. While it was still cooking I got hungry and went and like picked a little piece of skin off with a little bit of the chicken. I don't know if it was fully cooked or not but I thought it was. Now, 4 hours later, I am having horrible abdominal pain, like worse than cramps. I feel so sick like I'm gonna puke but I haven't yet. Do I have food poisoning? I don't think its cramps but idk it could be...

Alright... Me and my boyfriend of about 6 months broke up about 3 months ago. I know that 6 months really isn't a long amount of time and all, but he was my first true love and all, so it hurt a lot when we broke up.

This weekend we were both at the same hotel for a sports activity. He started texting me for the first time in months and would hang around me and talk to me. He was kinda flirty, but I was scared that I was going to get hurt by him again. I asked him if we could talk and I told him that right now I couldn't be more than friends with him and I wasn't going to play any games with him. That was one of the hardest things to do, considering how much I missed him. However, I know I deserve better. Now, I feel so empty. I don't really miss him, but I want to talk to him. I feel lonely and im not sure what I should even do now. I feel like I don't have feelings for any guy right now, and I just feel so sad and strange. What can I do about this and why am I feeling this way?

Ok... I have this friend, let's call her C. Basically, C got in some trouble with her parents and I think she might have gotten her snapchat deleted. When I look at my friend list, her name isn't on there. Also, when I searched her username, nothing came up. I even tried searching it on a different snapchat account (to see if I was blocked by her) but nothing showed up. However, I can still look at the saved messages in the snapchat text thing. Those didn't go away. Did her account get deleted?

Alright... So I've been talking to this guy for a couple of months. He's in some of my classes. He would send lots of winky faces and flirty things like that when we texted (which was all the time), and we even hung out a couple of times. He also talked to me about going to our schools end of the year dance together. Overall, it seemed like he really liked me, and I like him a lot. Lately however, I feel like we haven't been talking as much. He doesn't text me that often and I feel like I'm the only one starting any conversation. When I text him, im afraid im bothering him so I don't want to do it that often. I'm not sure if he likes me anymore or what I should do about it. I like him a lot but if he doesn't like me there's nothing I can really do about it. Should I try talking to him or what? Thanks in advance

Well I ordered a swimsuit online and it finally came in. It's really cute and has a little heart cut out so you get a sweet tan line, but my butt kinda hangs out of the back. The bottoms aren't like a total thong swimsuit, if you know what I mean, but some of my butt definently hangs out. I don't want to look trashy but the suit was $80 so I don't want to return it and I don't even think it looks that bad. I have a bigger butt and I do squats and lunges and other exercises every night to try and keep it toned. Should I just leave the swimsuit be and deal with my butt hanging out a bit or what?

So I'm a freshman in high school and today at our meet we ran the 300 meter hurdles for the first time. I ran a 50.4 and ended up placing first. Is this a pretty good time compared to what a junior or senior night do?

Alright so I know that it is highly dangerous to try and teach yourself to go en pointe but I go to a studio that does not offer pointe classes. I already have shoes that fit and I have been taking ballet for nearly 12 years now. I have dance practice everyday and I also do lots of leg/feet/ankle exercises after practice. I wouldn't be doing this for like, an hour everyday, just doing a few minutes of technique in the shoes. And while I know pointe is not all theory, I still have researched a lot about it and know the fundamentals. Can I teach myself pointe as long as I go at a safe pace?
