How many calories shuld i have daily if im 15 n 4ft9?n how much shuld i weigh?

I aleady run on a tredmill for 40 mins everynite n my diet is basiclly special k cereal in the morning n fruits/nuts/veggies for the resr of the day til dinner which is usually meat or fish with a side.ex:fajita tacos or fish n white rice. N i only drink water

Wat more can i do to get a flat tummy quicker?n how long will it take to notice sum wat of a diffrence.thnx:)

So im 15 n 4ft9in (ikno im super short lol) n well im not fat but im not skinny.im chunky xP so yes how can i turn my blubber from my tummy to a glat tummy?lol so far i have been running on the tredmill at night for 40 mins n i chamged my diet strictly to veggies,fruits,nuts,fish,ad meat. ok so my facebook got deactivated cus i usually log onto it thro my phone n it was telling me to log onto my faacebook on the computer which i never got a chance to cus i didnt have any internet on my computer so i kept trying to log on in mobile n well it eventually just started saying my facehbook is not deactivated.i dont want to start a new one cus sooo much important stuff i had on my last one x( plus my friends say its still up.so help on how to reactivate it?

i just pierced my septum with my 16 guage needle n i have my 16 guage captive hoop. how long should i wait til i put in the jewlrey?and any tips?plz dont say "ur stupid" or anything for doing this cus i kno it is but im doing it any way.plz n thanks :)
