Hello I am a fairly new vegan and most days not everyday but most, I eat wheat, and some days twice a day. I heard wheat isn't good for you so I am wondering is it bad to eat a lot, as I feel it is but not sure 100 percent, thank you!

The music went a bit quieter and a black man said El fresco then the music back up again and every now and then the rap man says El fresco at the chorus, it is a dancy song with rap and the man is english

Any one know the song as in my head it keeps going El fresco and I want to listen to it lol thanks

I am just asking this to see what people do, I am trying to figure out if I am a boring human being cos I literally go to college n gym n paint n read books occasionally go on day out n occasionally have a drink (like once a month) n that's it all family live far away n friends are always too busy to do anything, so what do all you do? The other day I had to explain something in front of a group of people (about 9 others) because someone had asked me a question, whenever this happens in a group when everyone's attentions on me I get really nervous, my head goes blank and forget the answer even though I know. I end up saying something completely wrong and that doesn't even make sense, I get all sweaty aswell. Then after I feel like a prat and think of how I could of explained it and then worry for a few days about it :( does anyone else get this? Where your head goes blank and you can't even think about... E.g what you did the day before?

Hopefully someone can help and I would be very happy if any one does so thanks in advance! I have eczema and have realised that whenever I eat any food with yeast in or yeast extract my eczema flares up the next day (red and itchy). When I don't eat these foods my skin is fine, I am just wondering if I just have a yeast intolerance or if I have an overgrowth of candida? Or how would I find out?

I went on yasmin contraceptive pill for a year and through out the last few months of being on it, I kept getting recurrent thrush and cystitis, so i stopped taking it. If i go onto a different birth control pill (not yasmin) will it still cause the same problem? thanks in advance

I am interested in restoring my mac (wiping the OSX portion of my harddrive back to factory settings). However, I also have Windows 7 installed (via bootcamp) on my Mac.

Is it possible to restore the OSX portion of the machine without wiping the bootcamp portion as well? If anyone has successfully done this I would appreciate any information I can get on the process.

I have thousands of photos on my computer and the memory is starting to fill up so I was wondering if anyone knew a good way of storing them digitally apart from on my computers hard drive?

With the St.Moriz tanning lotion you are supposed to wash it off the next morning after applying it and i find that when I have a shower the next morning, it just all completely comes off when it is supposed to stay on???

I'm going to the beach soon and will probably end up going in the sea. I'm white as a ghost so i would prefer to wear a bit of fake tan, so i was wondering if it will wash off or go all blotchy?

how come in the morning before school my make up looks fine, then at the end of the day it has disappeared, but then when i go out shopping or something with friends, at the end of the day it still looks ok?
