3.) What is the frequency of both alleles in the population?

4.) Is the population evolving? Provide quantitative evidence to support your assertion.

(Question 4 is referring to a Chi Square test, which I know how to do so you don't have to answer that)

Basically, I am struggling finding the answer to Question 3. If there are 150 reddish brown mammoths, wouldn't the q^2 be (150/700)=.21, so the q would be about .46, so p would be .54? So the allele frequency for reddish brown would be .46 and the dark brown would be .54?

That is what I originally thought but when I double the amount of organisms to find the the amount of alleles, and counted each variety of alleles(ex: B=900/1400 and b=500/1400), I get different frequencies. Which one of these is right? Or are they both wrong?

I have seen 2 different types of structures. They both are similar in structure, but one of them ends in CH3 on the right hand side, while the other just has a line extending to the right with nothing attached to it. I want to get this tattooed onto me so I really want to make sure I get the right structure! Thank you!

I'm a college student who doesn't have much income, but I saved $200 and put it to the side for whatever I want to do with it. I was thinking I would want to invest it in something, but I'm not sure what the best way to invest it would be. I've considered Drip Accounts, buying bars of silver, stock trading, or even starting a website as potential possibilities. What do you think the best way to invest $200 is?

I want to start trading stock shares, but I'm not quite sure how to get started. From what I understand, I have to open a broker account, or something like that? I'm not sure how to do that. I've looked at websites like E*trade and TD Ameritrade but they have minimum amounts that I need to put into my account, which exceed what I am willing to spend. I don't want to have to move $500 into a trading account, especially since I really don't want to invest any more than $100 because I'm just looking to get my feet wet. A few weeks ago, I observed open heart surgery at a local hospital and I thought it was the coolest thing ever. I was job shadowing one of the PA's who specialized in cardiothoracic surgery. I am going to be a senior in high school and I want to go to school to become a PA. When I look at cardiothoracic surgery PA jobs online (just to see what employers want), they all say that they want a PA with experience in the operating room. I was basically wondering how somebody would get that experience in the OR, and how they could gain an advantage to make them more likely to be hired. Thanks!

While I was doing a water change, the fixture dropped into the aquarium. Luckily, they were powered off. I allowed them to dry for over 24 hours and tried to turn them on. They wouldn't turn on, but I could hear the fan inside the fixture spinning like it usually does. They are the Coralife Lunar Aqualight High Output T5 Fixture. Any suggestions on what to do?

30 gallon reef tank, two ocellaris clowns that aren't a mated pair but are definitely pals. can it work??

my first 2 corals in my tank are a frogspawn and then on the other side of my tank is a little polyp group. they usually are bright, open, and active, but every once in a while they'll close up or make themselves really small. should I be concerned about this??

I am just starting to think about adding some coral to my tank, which is 30 gallons and has live rock in it already. I have T5 HO lighting, about 124 watts to be precise, and I don't really know too much about corals yet. Could someone please inform me on some good examples of beginner corals that would be good for my tank so I could research them? Also, how do you acclimate corals for a tank? One last question, do I need to add things to the water like Iodine or Calcium for the corals? Thank you so much for the info.

I don't really know too much about reef lighting or how to set it up, but my tank is 30 inches across the front of it, 18 inches tall, and 12 inches going back. I only have 3 fish right now and they are all reef-safe. I want to have like mushrooms and stuff like that. What kind of fixture/bulbs should I get to have a sufficient setup? I know the whole 3-5 watts per gallon rule, but I don't really understand how many bulbs I should have and what type they should be. From what I understand, there are different options that you could choose from, so I would prefer the least expensive option if that's possible. Thanks for the help!

So far I have 2 ocellaris clownfish and a banggai cardinalfish. I also have 2 turbo snails and a protein skimmer. What are some peaceful, community fish that I could put in without having outbreaks of violence or fighting in my tank? Thank you!!

I have a 30 gallon tank with live rock and a protein skimmer and a regular filter. I already have 2 yellow tail damsels, 2 ocellaris clownfish, and 1 striped pseudochromis. I have a hang on back AquaC Remora Protein Skimmer attached to a Lifegard Quiet One 296 GPH pump. When I hooked it up and plugged it in, it seemed like the amount of water entering the pump wasn't nearly enough and it wasn't coming in fast enough. How can I get the pump to pump more water into the skimmer, so it actually works correctly?

A little over a week ago, I filled my saltwater fish tank. Salt levels are fine now and ammonia is also okay. I have live rock too, and I am getting a protein skimmer in a couple of days. A couple of days after I get the protein skimmer running, I am planning on adding 3 yellowtail damsels. After they are acclimated to the water, I am planning on adding 2 ocellaris clownfish. Then, I am planning on finally adding 1 flame angelfish. I went on aqadvisor.com and it said that this would be okay, but i wanted to check with others, too. Any advice or is it good the way it is?

She doesn't want clothing, and I always get her jewelry so I kinda wanted to change it up a little bit this time. She is a swimmer, and I would be willing to spend up to $80 if that helps at all.

What steps would you need to take after graduating college and enrolling in a PA program? I'm not sure exactly how one would go about specializing in something like this because it isn't usually in the clinical rotations done in PA school. Would I have to do some type of residency?

I am very new to owning fish so any help would be greatly appreciated. I am planning on buying a 20 gallon tank so how many of each fish should I get, and what species would go well together? Also, what should I have to care for the fish? (types of food, filters, plants, gravel, etc.)
