am doing the Half marathon on 20ty September. Most I ve trained for it is 7.5 Miles but I haven t rain in like 8-9 days cause I have lost motivation.

I d i start off again on Monday and go again for 2 and half weeks would I be ready?

I ve been training from start of July, Ibe just had a loss in motivation.

Ps I done it last year with only 50 Miles of training and done it in 2 Hours

I have the biggest fear of which I think I have desire for men. Now i don't act gay,I act totally straight. I'm just confused because I don't know what exactly is going on. My dad found out in July he had Multiple Myeloma. Its A Cancer with No cure. Means the cancer will always finish first in the end no matter what happens. Ive Hardly been out in 3 years because my confidence was low and is even lower now. I Hate seeing other people happy because Ive never been happy before and its basically jelousy and stuff. Yes you know ive never had a girlfreind and all that stuff aswell. I Have deep depression with appartley really bad anger problems and mood swings which isnt fun either really. My confidence is -10000000000000000000000 aswell.

I Have hospital appointments to sort these out, but they cant do much in girl problems and cofidence difficultys

Mine Was Two Weeks Ago When I Finished My Last Cross Country Race. I Fell In Love With Running and Started When I Was 10 and Now Im 17. So 7 Years and it was estimated I Did 70 Races Between 2004-2011. I Had 3 Knee Operations And It Didnt really help me so I decided to basically Retire From It. So My running Club Antrim Adults Cross Country Club decided to schedule me one last race and I Won :).

Now Im Helping 10 Year Olds With Running and am a coach to them :)

Like when I click on the sound icon theres no google chrome logo to show to turn the volume up.
