I am a tenant of a landowner and a victim of emotional abuse & threatened physical abuse.

I'm paying all the bills and my ex has no job. We recently broke up and he is refusing to leave the house because he feels entitled to it. I believe the term we would use to describe my ex would be "squatter." He's living off of my money and I can't afford to take care of an extra person when they don't deserve it and I have three kids. What I want to know is, since he's refusing to leave when I ask, do I need to get the actual landowner to kick him out or can I legally take care of this myself? His name is on the lease and I'm planning on getting it removed as well.

My father is mentally abusing (and physically threatening) my mother, one of my brothers, and myself. He has not actually hit mom, but just threatened tonight that he would hit her but he doesn t want to be thrown in jail. My other brother has been brainwashed by our father, so, despite us being abused, we keep this man around for my brother (who refuses to keep up with responsibilities when dad isn t around; school, homework, chores). Tonight has been the worst by far and my mom is at a loss on how to handle this situation. She would prefer her son not continue to be brainwashed by this man and would like to get a restraining order, but my brother believes mom is in the wrong because she threatened to call the police if dad was going to hit her. If we need to leave/make dad leave and one brother wants to stay, how is his mother going to depart from her own kid to let him stay with his father? It doesn t help that dad hasn t had a job in years due to IBS and his reliability on methadone, so there is no promise that he would take care of my brother properly on his own.

Then there s the most stressful option;

We forcefully remove all of us away from dad despite my brother being a wreck without him around.

This is my first time appearing at court and know little to nothing about the process. The driver is being tried for reckless driving. Will I be asked questions, and if so what should I expect to be asked of me? Thanks much in advance.

I wanna keep it simple so I'll just say this: she's become very manipulative over just a few nights and I'm at that point where I just need the toxic relationship out of my life. The thing is, I don't know how to get rid of it. Any advice is much appreciated.

I got into a car crash about a month ago and wasn't severely injured, just lots of bruises and scratches. My right leg took most of the impact and was badly bruised up, but the doctors didn't find it necessary to get x-rays since it's not hard to walk on. There's no pain anymore since the bruise has healed (mostly), but a large portion of my leg is now numb. I don't know if that's normal and will heal or if it's serious? Any help would be appreciated.

Alright, so my dad and I have been talking about this for a bit and can't come to an agreement.

Earlier my cat started to wheeze/cough up what I'm assuming to be a hairball and happened to be sitting on our carpet. Dad wanted to move him before he coughed it up to prevent the hairball from getting on it, but I stepped in and said that it probably wouldn't be safe to move a cat in the middle of coughing up something because it could affect the outcome. The cat ended up moving on his own anyways, and dad and I began to argue.

So what I wanna know is; if a cat is coughing/wheezing, would it affect the cat if you were to touch or move it? Also, if you can, please provide reasoning behind your statement for argument's sake.

(I've searched everywhere to find the answer, but there are no sites I could find that talked about moving a cat while coughing. Thank you in advance for your time.)

So, about maybe two to three months ago I was diagnosed with H Pylori which my doctor had prescribed me antibiotics for and I was told it was gone. Recently, I've started having symptoms from when I was last sick (puking, dizziness, nausea, insomnia, and pains in my stomach), and I'm experiencing something new. I have random spasms in the middle, left, right, and navel areas of my stomach. I thought it was normal, and then one moment, when I was having the pain/spasms, I felt where it was (at the time, my bellybutton) and noticed there was a huge lump! I have no clue what it is, but it went away, and every so often comes back, sometimes in different areas or in multiple areas at once, but all range from, like I said earlier, in the middle, left, right, and navel area of my stomach. I really would like to know any ideas of what it is. Thanks.

So, I have been sick for a good three weeks and about three days into it I started to have very creepy dreams (I can't recall one). I'd wake up sweating and with a severe headache. Not sure what's causing the nightmares. I haven't been on any medications that could be causing them. But whatever is causing them, needs to stop. Last night I didn't go to sleep simply because I was too scared, and I've been up since. Not sure how I'm going to sleep tonight.

Would you lose all faith?

In your point of view, how did the Bible come along without being exaggerated throughout the years?

And why?

If not, what are they?

It lets me click on the app and after I do so the screen will freeze automatically. I can still press buttons but the screen won't unfreeze.
