hi,

i am a 14 yr old girl and sadly, i am overweight and i want to change that

i am 180 lbs and i am 5ft 7.5 inches

over the 3 months of summer i am planning on doing about an hour to an hour and a half of cardio (half hour of jogging/running and 1 hour of swimming) a day every day

i also plan on giving up everything besides fruit/veggies (im a vegitarian btw)

so... how much weight do u think i will be able to lose with that plan? (my goal is 30 lbs)

i just downloaded the ardenwood font and it won't work when i open microsoft works it doesn't even pop up on the font list!!! and i do know that this font only works in CAPS

i think he is a boy so....

i plan on having two kids so i need 2 girl names and 2 boy names

well i already have my girl names: Aryana and Elanta

but i only have one boy name: Treyvon

so if you can come up with names like these (unique but not really weird) i need a baby boy name so...

Why can she break rules when she wants to

But I cant

I always get in trouble

But she barely gets talked to

She gets to do whatever she wants

But when I do… you get mad

But its all good when she does it

well i am 13 years old and 5 ' 7" and around 195 - 200lbs, i should be around 150 - 160 lbs because i have a medium bone structure

but anyway i have asthma and low tone cerebral palsy so it is very hard to find an exercise routein but i need something not really hard for me to do but it needs to be effective

and with eating, i eat healthy for the most part but i dont eat enough and it slows down my metabolism but when i try eating i feel sick

and i eat as healthy as i can most of the time but it is hard because my parents dont buy that much healthy food because my other sisters wont eat it so...

what do i do...

My Nieces

My nieces are truly something

They make a big deal out of nothing

Although sometimes they get on my nerves

They are one thing I don’t deserve

They are my best friends

And our love can never end

I have known them since they were born

And ever since then we haven’t been torn

I love them all so much

But never until now did I truly see

They are always hyper and funny

My niece kaylee is the oldest

And she truly is the boldest

She is so beautiful in her own way

My niece Alyssa is the middle

But she doesn’t realize she is so little

She is always hyper and wild

ok i have a red eared slider and he is an awesome turtle but sometimes he bites

he isnt that big yet so i want to stop this habbit before he is big and it actually hurts
