i let my ex boyfriend use my old car to get back and forth from my house to his cause his car died and i bought a new one for myself my old car was origanally supposed to go to my dad but we had problems along the way the title is still in my name but it is reg and ins in his grandmas he wont give me it back no matter how nice i am cause that is his only transportation can i call my AAA and have them tow it from his house to mine cause he has the only set of keys and i dont want to be in a confrontation with him and his girlfriend and can i tell him if he wants his belongings out the car he has to give me the keys

i live in an apartment building and my landlord is going to remodel the whole unit and she sent a letter stating that the apartments are going to be gutted out to make them more energy efficient also updated so everything in the apartments would be new like floor sinks cabinets doors etcalso rewiringf the electric and removing copper ect to make it energy efficent my problem is that at the end of the letter she said we have to pay for any damages that we caused i think that she is trying to make us help pay for the remodeling that she wants. i dont think that i should have to pay for damages if everything is going to be ripped out of the apartment any way. also i dont want her to add damages to the bill that i didnt do. there were damages already befor i moved in and she has the list. also they are not the greatest apartments cause when you call her to get somthing fixed they do a half *** job for ex. i had to get my bathroom floor redone because there was water leaking through the walls to my down stairs and she said it was my fault because my kids splashed to much water but in the long run the man who fixed it said that it was a pipe leaking that caused the damage with her knowing that she said if i have water damage again i would have to pay for it but the man did a half *** job and while he was fixing it water was still leaking when he put up new dry wall and i still have water spots on my ceiling and i know the damage wasnt from me or my children because we couldnt use the bathroom for a week. i dont have a problem paying cause my house shouldnt have much damages. i just dont want to pay for the remodeling if it was her choice to have everything ripped out

im 21 and been living on my own with my kids for the last 4 years the problem is that for the past year my dad has been at my house and wont leave he only lives down the street from me but last year he lost his job and got a dwi so i tried to help him the best i could but now hes taken advantage of me and lives at my house basically cause he has been here for a year i told him to go home several times and he thinks its a joke even my family members do and they laugh at me he is ruining my life all my friends stopped coming over cause of him and now i have made myself distant from my life and all i want beck is my independence i worked so hard for what i have and he is ruining it by being lazy and having me take care of him he makes more money than what i do and has his own house he doesn't help me at all im tired of it to the point were i lock myself in my bedroom until i have to go to work i don't do anything no more and i think it because i need my space i told him several times to leave and that if i wanted to live with him i would have came back to his house i moved out to have my own life not to have him tell me what to do like i still a child i have my own children im grown up now i need him to leave asap he is effecting my life big time and he has a house that is basically going to a waist cause no one lives there so he does have a place to go he is not homeless and never was need him out my house asap

i would like to make my mother a special dinner. but the problem is that she got all her teeth pulled out last week and the doctor said it can take three months to heal and she is on a soft food diet. is there any one that can give me any ideas of what to make for her and recipe your help is very appreciated i would like to make this dinner this week

my cars horn left turn single also break lights and four way flashers stoped working i think it may be some thing electric because when i hold the turn single switch they all work i was wondering if i change the whole steering column will it solve all my problems or how can i fix my car with out paying a lot of money i need to get my car inspected and it wont pass the test because of the problems and i need it fixed as soon as possible

i was at the store sitting in my car yesterday waiting for my dad to come out and i seen this man going through the garbage's drinking out of used cups that other people threw out when my dad came out i told him to give him a drink (we were at the store buying huggies and pop for party) any way when my dad tryed to give him a drink he refused and walked to the next garbage now if that were me i would take a drink from someone instead from the garbage why not accept the offer

im having a picnic type bday for my twins we have a very large family all the kids that are coming are under 7 yrs old can any one help me with foods ideas

I'm only 20 yrs old and my bf is 24 its been almost 9 yrs. since me and my boy friend been together for the past year i found out he cheated on me and i broke up with him for like 3 months and i enjoyed being single but now were back together cause he called me everyday crying telling me how he will never find another love like me and how perfect i am.and he wants to get married. etc.. we have 3 kids together (yeah i got preg at a young age) we have a 4 yr old and 3yr old twins but any way i forgave him but i still hold a grudge against him I'm scared he will cheat again and i don't know what to do he seems so serious about this relationship. he got a job, he does more for me and the kids and basically "jumps" if i tell him to "jump". before i was the only one supporting this family i had to work go to school when i was 16 and do what i had to do for my children and all he did was sit on his *** and cheat. i have never cheated on him and hes the only person i been with. i love him with all my heart and sometimes i want to be with him and some times i dont. everyone i know says i should find some one else, and my mom keeps telling me "you can love someone but you dont have to be with them" should i take my moms advice and how do i get over him?

my cars break lights and left turn signal stoped working and now i have to keep clicking my turn signal on and off to make it work also my break lights only work when i push back the turn signal indecater i was told it was the multifuction switch or a loose wire and to get it fixed cost to much money for something so stupid can any one HELP PLEASE
