Obama has hired over 20 czars, which are people in charge of some very important things, that will affect each of us, from the kind of car we drive to how much we get paid.But they answer only to Obama.

Why are we not using elected officials that (are supposed to ) represent the people?

Dictators use czars,because there is no oversight, and noone has to know what they're doing or why, except the "ruler". Where is the "transparency" that Obama spoke of?

Why the use a czars instead of doing things the constitutional way?
