What particular meat part is used for Beef Mami Noodle Soup?
Beef Mami noodle soup is a popular Filipino snack. I don't exactly remember the beef part that a chinese restaurant used in Baguio City, Philippines but it is very tender with some streaks of fat and some tendon-like portions too. I would like to try and prepare this soup but I need some help on the recipe and what particular meat to buy. The simpler the recipe...the better.
