Also, ich werde jetzt nciht die ganze geschichte erzählen, aber ich will das mein daumen angeschwollen und blau wird. Bitte sagt mir einfach wie ich das machen kann, und fragt nicht wieso und sagt auch nicht das ich verrückt bin. Wenn ihr so denkt dann antwortet lieber gar nicht.

Also, ich habe vor kurzem, das heisst vor einer woche meine mum verloren, bei einem auto unfall.. eigentlich lebe ich in malta aber zurzeit bin ich in deutschland, und ich war in deutschland um meine mum zu besuchen..und in malta wohne ich bei meiner oma. Jetzt, mit der derzeitigen situation, will meine oma mich nicht mehr lange behalten..das ist das eine problem, und ich will auf keinen fall zurück nach deutschland...und das zweite problem ist, das meine freunde in der schule natürlich etwas bemerken werden, weil ich ja nicht mehr die selbe bin, aber ich will ihnen nicht wirklich davon erzählen, zumindest noch nicht sofort, aber ich kenn sie zu gut sie werden nicht los lassen!! und dann ist da noch das problem das die lehrer auch wind davon kriegen und mich zu dem schulpsychologen schicken werden, und ich bin mir sicher das der schulpsychologe mit meiner oma darüber reden wird, aber das will ich nicht, weil sie nicht will dass ich darüber rede, aber irgendwie würde es mir besser gehen wenn ich darüber rede, also mit ihm!! Was kann ich nur tun!!! Bitte helft mir!!

So, Today, i was sitting on the sofa and i wanted to stand up, but than, my hand slipped and i landed with my hand on the floor, and my thumb landed weirdly on the floor too.I went to the hospital, but theres nothing on the bone and now they told me to go to a someone working with hand injuries! And they also told me that i might have overstretched my ligaments..so, can you guys tell me what symptoms you get when you overstretch or even tear a ligament???

Please, dont write any stupid stuff, just answer my question please...i dont want you to tell me that what i want to do is stupid!! so, i want to know some ways to sprain my anke..its none of your business why!! and dont write stuff, like, jump from a bridge or jump out of the window, i want seriouse answers!!!
