Shooting From The Hip

So as of late my podcast has become more popular and I am looking for ways to improve the sound of my show. I got a good mic and mixer and that went a long way. I got a new notebook with windows 7. Now I used to use wildvoice to produce my show and everything was fine, but it doesn't work with 7 so I switched to Audacity.

I love the options I get with Audacity and how easy it is to use, but I get skips in my show when I use it. I am told that I may not have enough ram but I can't justify throwing more money at a show that I am not making any money from. Are there any other recorders that work with Windows 7? Everywhere I look all I see is Audacity.

I, just like all of you were, was planted on the couch this past Monday in the hopes of seeing something historic. Well, we got just that. While TNA was full of surprises, WWE had one thing TNA didn't that night, and his name is Bret Hart. However, on what should have been a huge show, many say WWE took a bit of a misstep. When Bret wasn't on screen, it seemed like just another Raw. I am not here to sit and complain about WWE or say that TNA was better. I am here to put my money where my mouth is. I will only use people who were there and not book extra segments. So without further adu, Dan Phelps rebooks Raw.

I would only change one thing in the first segment. Take out the hug. Leave it open. You have Bret until after Wrestlemania. Hold onto the past a little. People will pay to see those two so if you take away the mystery by having them hug, you might as well be throwing money and ratings out the window.

Take out the Diva's match and move it to Superstars. It will give people a reason to watch. Instead have a mini tournement for the #! contender to the us title. MVP vs. Swagger this segment with MVP winning and henry vs. carlito next segment with henry winning.

Keep in the Bret Jericho segment.

Move Vince/Bret to the top of the 9 o'clock hour and end it without the low-blow. Move the tag match to the main event.

Instead of Sheamus vs. Bourne, have Sheamus cut a promo about Cena being afriad of him, make the challenge, have Bourne come out and have Sheamus destroy him. I love Evan but you need to make Sheamus look like a monster and you can't have him do that by having a competitive match with a guy 1/3 his size.

Have the build up to Orton/ Kofi be the same with Legacy thretening Orton and sitting at ringside. We all know Ted will be turned face soon so have Cody help Orton beat Kofi. That way you keep Kofi strong by not having him lose cleanly and you plant the seed for Ted's face turn by having him look unhappy by Cody's actions.

Now for the main event tag match. You have WWE trying to get jJericho off Raw, so do that by having DX and Vince screw Jericho. After which vince dx and the fans cheer Jericho out the building. Then Bret comes out. He says he thought they had changed and that he was wrong. They are the same low life Americans they have always been and that he doesn't need them. If they want him he will be on Smackdown with the Harts and Jericho.

This way you have a heel Bret teaming with The Hart Dynasty and Jericho on Smackdown heels in the states faces in America. You have Mark Henry and MVP next week and you have the seed planted for Ted's face turn.

Who would you like to see go from ROH to WWE or TNA and why?

Do you see his WWE run being more like CM Punk and making to main event status or Colt Cabana and not making it more then a year? Why do you feel that way?

Seriously, Kane is past his prime, in bad shape and hasn't had a good match in God knows how long. At this point he should be getting younger guys over, not in main event fuesd, but all over this site i see people saying Kane needs to be pushed. Really guys?
