Would like to know how me and my brother can share the itunes program as its on the family computer but have separate libraries? So, when I sync my ipod i dont have his music going on it as well as mine? (without doing it individually)

It all started approx 2 weeks ago, I had a blockage of wax in my ear so I used some otex, I used otex twice over 3 days, then my ear swelled up inside and I had lumps behind my ear (side of head) I went to the doctors they've given me antibiotics however the ear is still swollen and my last 2 tablets are going to be gone tomorrow! I'm also deaf in the ear! And when I swallow I can feel it "squelch" and when I tilt my head I can feel some fluid come down then stop? Can anyone help as extremely painful?
