I'm 15 he is 16. We have been dating a year and almost 2 months. I don't know how the topic came up, but i told him that sometimes i just wear a sports bra under a hoodie to school without a shirt. When i said that he said "next time you do that can you tell me? Please?" I don't get why it's important that i tell him? Why does it matter?

Okay so I kept meaning to order more rat food and today I realized that I am really low and I need to order some right now. So I did... But it won't be here until sometime between the 5th and the 11th, and I think that I am going to run out before then. I can't believe that I did this. Anyway, i need to have a back up plan for what to feed them... I heard that you can feed dog food to rats, and I have a dog. So yay. I feed my dog blue, the small dog one. I hope that it's okay for rats. What else could I put in the dog food to make it healthy for rats? It would be great if I could know what amount of which thing too... I feed them fruits and vegetables too.. So yeah. Please help me.

Okay so I bought some rat food for my rats and at the time I could only find adult rat food (bad i know) but I bought it anyway because I figured that I could substitute protein in and give them hard boiled eggs or chicken. Anyway... How much hard boiled egg should two rats be given and how often? They also have some dog bones that they love in their cage.. And if you guys have any other suggestions for foods with protein in them it would be appreciated. Next time i will be sure to order the right food, because i finally found it online. haha. And it is a good rat brand just so you guys know. Oxbow regal rat, its just the adult kind. :(

I have two female rats that are around 3 months old. I would like to buy harlan teklad food for them, but the shipping is ridiculous and i can't afford it since i am only 15 and i pay for everything myself. haha. So i would like to buy a really good brand and i have heard really good things about oxbow. But i also know that it is meant for adult rats. Could i feed it to them and supplement it with something? if so what would be the best thing? Something high in protein probably for their growing bodies. haha. And if I really shouldn't feed it to them what would be another great food with soy in it? Thanks! :)

I have had my new rats for a little over two weeks. I have them on fleece. One of them has been sneezing the whole time. Its not really a constant thing. It probably happens once every couple of minutes. Is it just new home sneezes or could it be something else? No porphorin or anything. (can't spell sorry.)

I have two rats and I want to order them some Harlan Teklad lab blocks. I was wondering how many pounds i should order. Does it go bad quickly? Would two lbs a month be reasonable amount for them to eat? if so, how many months should i have on hand? I am feeding them a really crappy brand right now (It was the only one available at the time) and i want to get them off of it asap. Please help.

What process do you guys use when you use fleece for a critter nation cage? Like how often and how you do it. I have two rats in a critter nation and i was just wondering if i am doing it right or if you guys have tips. Thanks.

Okay so i have two rats Maisy and Luna and i have had some trouble finding treats that they will eat. Especially Luna. Maisy will eat cheerios and occasionally a craisin, but Luna won't eat any treats that i can find. Please give suggestions. I would like something small that can be used for trust training.

Which one do you think looks better? It is for my pet rat. The other one's name is Luna. :)

Okay i just got two female dumbo rats on thursday. I was not expecting my mom to ever say yes in my lifetime and she just decided that she would let me. (I have been wanting rats and researching information about rats for two years.) so i was not prepared cage wise but i knew that if i didn't get them that day my mom would change her mind. So i have them in a temporary cage until their new critter nation single unit comes in on monday. I was wondering if i should let them settle in for a day or two again? I let them settle in to their temporary cage, but i was wondering if i should do it again. I think that i probaby should...but i would like to know your opinion.

Also, if anyone has some treats that rats really like let me know! Thanks! :)

Okay, so my sister and her boyfriend were driving my boyfriend home, (i was in the car too) and when we got there she covered her face and her boyfriends face and said okay you can kiss her now we arent looking (we have only kissed once) and i laughed but didnt think that he would do it so i went in for a hug goodbye and he went in for a kiss and he kissed my ear!!! What do i do??? I feel awful!! He probably feels rejected and i feel really bad!! I didnt know that he was going to do that! How do you tell the difference between going in for a kiss and going in for a hug???? And does anyone know how he might feel right now? Advice please!

Okay so my best friend and are dating two guys that are best friends. Funny how that worked out. It can be a little weird sometimes because they plan stuff for us together. Its like they are the same person sometimes lol. But it can also be really great because all four of us get along really well. So here is the problem. They are both planning to kiss us a a party tomorrow night, and they are making it kind of a competition to see who kisses their girl first. Is that bad? Or weird? I don't want to get kissed just because of some stupid competition...like i know he wants to kiss me but i don't want him to be thinking about a competition while we are kissing. So is it bad that they are kind of making it a competition?

A while ago i spilled some lotion in my bag, i took everything out and washed the stuff inside, but then i forgot to clean out the bag. So now there is old lotion in it. Yuck. How do i get it out?? Its an adidas sack bag thing if that helps.

Hey so I'm getting rats (in a year) and was just wondering if they needed food available at all times or if its better just to feed them a certain amount once or twice a day? I want to be prepared. Thanks!:)

I was going to get the skyscraper or rat tower from martins cages, but then i decided that maybe the critter nation cage would be better. However, i am not sure whether to get the single or double unit. I will only have 2 female dumbos in there, but i figure, maybe one day i will get more. I found a single unit on ebay for only 60 bucks! I think thats a great deal, especially since its new. But the cage looks kind of boring....not enough levels i think. Idk. They say that its good for 5 rats, but it looks kind of small to me. I would love to get the double unit, but its a lot more money...i found one for 220, but thats about 100 bucks more than i want to spend. I want to have enough money to buy the supplie as well. But i like the look of the double a LOT better. Plus i love that you can separate it into two different cages. I just don't know what to do. If any of you have the single, (or double) i would love to see how you made it interesting.
