I am serving 6 different types of summer side salads. 35 lbs of salad total to be served along with sandwiches and fresh fruit. Is that enough for 4o guest? Also have party snacks and sweets.

I need to leave my 5 week old son with my mom for a week so I can spend it with my husband in the hospital while he receives a long term EKG. Is my son going to miss me or is he too young to feel Separation anxiety? I know I'll miss him but he'll be in good hands and I plan on facetiming, having my mom bring him to hospital one day and going to see him at my moms one day. He's been an easy baby but worried he might be a handful for my mom because of this short change.? Any thoughts? Thank you.

My one month old son takes 4 oz of formula every 3 through out day and usually 4 hours at night. Tonight he is onto 5 hours and still sleeping. Should I wake him to feed him. He's doesn't have any weight gaining issues and isn't fussy at all.

My one month old son is drinking 24-28 ounces of formula a day. 4 oz bottles every 3- 3 1/2 hours. Is this too much or could I increase another ounce to see if he'll go longer between feeding. He's a very happy baby besides the few minutes when I'm trying to decide if he's crying for another reason or if he's just ready to eat again, which feeding always seems to do the trick. Any advice appreciated!

I named my son Henry after my great uncle Henry who my side of the family called Hank. I mentioned this to my father in law when asked if we named him after someone and now he calls my baby Hank. This upsets me because the name has special meaning to me and my family and not to him. He just calls him it because he thinks it's a cool name. Personally I don't care for him being called that and my family doesn't even call him that. My sons name is Henry! How do I deal with this?

My 3 week son has been on similac sensitive since he was 4 days old. Using this formula was a choice I made just because my son was farting a lot. He doesn't have reflux, and isn't very fussy. He's a very happy and content baby. Should I try to switch to similac advance? I'm afraid my son isn't in need of sensitive formula and is missing out on something the regular similac advance might have to offer.

I failed my one hour blood test but passed the three hour. My doctor said I don't have gestational diabetes but I am now considered pre-diabetic. Does this mean after pregnancy I may return to not having pre diabetes because the pre diabetic status could be brought on by pregnancy?

I am pregnant and recently did a lot of tie dying for fun and cute onesies for my baby. I have a lot extra. I plan on getting rid of many garage sale type items at a flea market soon and was considering trying to sell these as well. They are beautifully colored and I invested a lot of time Dying/Hand washing.They are also triple laundered to ensure true, non bleed color. These are great quality! I would like to price these right. How much would you pay for a tie dyed baby onesie?

My gyno has been collecting money from me since I was 2 months pregnant. I'm now 7 months and have paid them $800.00. I have really good health insurance that has paid everything so far with the exception of 100% of bloodwork which I've paid directly to the lab. I'm confused to why they are precollecting on me. I have very good credit. Has anyone else had an experience like this and how did it work out for you.

At first it was funny but too me this is overboard. Makes me feel like he is taking something special away from my husband and I. How long is okay for someone to hold onto a graduation check you gave them and not cash it? I gave a friend a check for her graduation over a month ago and she still hasn't cashed it. When is it okay for me to ask her about it?

I'm having a child and wish for him to be baptized in the Catholic Church. Will my husband have to be baptized and confirmed in order for the church to baptize my son?

I want to name my son Henerik Colin but call him Henry would that seem acceptable? Obviously I know I can name and call my child anything but just wondering if Henry makes sense.
