Is extra virgin coconut oil (a medium chain saturated fat) exceptable? I read that virgin coconut oil helps with heart & kidney protection & control diabetic insulin levels. I read this in Bruce Fife's book "The coconut oil miracle" Bruce Fife is certified nutritionist & naturopathic doctor.

I get a lot of confict reading on the coconut oil & kidney dialysis patients diet subject, I have read coconut oil should be avoided as it is a saturated fat but it is different as medium chain fatty acid & was not properly researched in virgin form in earlier nutritional study articles, The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) even included coconut oil on its exclusive GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) list.

I have a friend in a nursing home & the nurses won't allow my friend to administered the required amount my friend needs to bring down her blood sugar level due to the visiting doctor recording to give her so much, is there a reason for this or are they going by a doctor suggestion, policy or procedure?

I know in most nursing home where I live & the visiting doctors that come out & standards of care are horrible!

My friend has been self managing her diabetes for 29 years now!

Okay so this is what I remember about the movie, the main star of the film is a guy & I think he just starts working for this washed up actor that had a on stage accident, after a wardrob on wheels hits his chin implant dislocating it, disfugering him, so the boss guy stays alone in his mansion hiding in the shadows most of the time & drinks & takes pills & is a real a-hole,

The main charecter guy has a really wierd neighbour & the neighbour plays really odd almost morbid music late at night & the main charecter starts sneaking around the neighbours house & finds out his neighbour is really killing people at night when the music is playing,

well the charecter catches on & decides to set up his mean ex girlfriend to get killed by this guy & smashes the neighbours car at a parking lot & leaves a rude note with his ex's name & address, so he kills her.

Any idea, I think it must be a 90's mabye earliy 00's

Okay so I bought this sauna & I think it will need an adaptor because it runs on a 15 Amp plug, This is the only detail, I can provide that is runs on.

I live in Australia, I'm not sure what type of amp plug we use here but, I postiv its a different one.

I think Austalian voltage is 220V - 240V

I was hoping to only have to use an adaptor & electrical surge safety box but My mother thinks the amp plug might need a special plug outlet installed!?
