Is it time that 99% of Americans give up the so called "American dream?"

Will he laugh and point fingers the next time they are used in Syria?

Would it open the flood gates to other countries using chemical weapons and possibly someday a nuclear weapon?

Or do you try to visualize your reader and try to write a story specific to what this imaginary reader would like?

For one story, I was very motivated by a book called Housekeeping.

For another story, I was motivated by Wicked, The 6th Lamentation, and The Heretics Daughter.

What 3 books would you save to represent the human race and its literary achievement?

I am thinking of The Divine Comedy by Dante and The Odyssey or Iliad by Homer but I can't think of a 3rd.

Thoughts?

Do you know how much money your character has in a savings account, checking account, retirement account, IRA, Cayman off shore holding account, etc? And what would your character do for a living to generate that money?

(And if your character is a minor still in school, what about their parents and or guardians?)

What kind of car do they drive and why? Or do they not drive yet but secretly long for something to drive?

Do you know what would be your main character's favorite song and/or band and why?

What about your villain?

The only thing that seems strange is the stains on Betty's dress that cannot be identified. Otherwise, I would think that they were most likely beaten up for being an interracial couple in the 1960's and their brains manifested this alien abduction encounter to soften the blow.

What are your thoughts?

Does it encompass everything in our known solar system? Is that how we define what is our known solar system?

And not wipe out the ancestors of alligators, turtles, crocodiles, and frogs?

I am having a serious issue with my yahoo email. I cannot send anything. I have to repeatedly click send for many minutes before the email even goes through. It just keeps giving me an error saying my email cannot be sent please retry. I have switched to plain text and I use multiple computers but the problem still persists. Is anyone else having this issue and knows how to correct it?

If ghosts are entities that come back home and live among people for all eternity, doesn't that say something more about living people than it does about ghosts? Does the whole idea of belief in ghosts come from our own fears of death and longing for immortality? Or is there something more tangible to this belief?

Ghosts are shown as never aging. What is the theory behind why we believe that when someone dies they will forever be frozen in time at the age of their death? Why don't we believe in the aging of the spirits?

In my story, I am writing about a state I have never been to. I have gathered tons of info on this state and I have used 3 towns in the state as a point of reference. My original goal was to create a made up town in this state. However, the town is going to have many qualities of all three of these towns. Plus, having a made up town may mean I need to have a made up name for mountains and names of businesses within these towns. What would you suggest in such a conundrum? Should I continue with the made up town and just make up everything else as I need? Should I keep everything the way it exists, keeping in mind I have never been here and my story takes place many years into the past? Or should I have a made up town and keep the real life name of the mountains and businesses knowing that if someone ever reads this from this state they may be rather confused?

Why do people always refer to a hotter sun in the afternoon? What causes this?
