My friend is very I'll and is employed at five guys burgers an fries, he's called out twice this month with doctors notes and now he's worse than ever and is definitely not going to work tomorrow, he says he'll be fired because it's a privately owned business and they can fire as they please, can hey get away with calling out tomorrow with a doctors note and still retain his employment????

My mom was diagnosed with a bad kidney infection yesterday. for the past couple of days she's had a sever fever reaching as high as 103.5 degrees, i was gonna take her to the ER yesterday but she refused and took a cold bath till the temperature went down. Today i came home and found her delirious with a fever just over 102 degrees, but her temperature is fluctuating. the doctor told her to wait a couple days to see if the antibiotics work and if she still has fevers go to the ER, but yesterday she called him and told him her situation and he said go to the ER if it doesnt go down soon, it went down after the bath but im concerned more for her infection rather than the reoccuring fevers, should i go to the ER or wait and see what happens? please help!

i could upgrade for free with a contract extension, but im not eligible for an upgrade until april

so if i were to purchase a nokia surge from ebay, could i simply remove my sim card from my LG shine and place it into my nokia surge to have it work?

but i was at another friend's before i got home, i had about 5,000 songs on mine, so i plug it into her computer to charge it, it sn's up and her itunes freezes and it deleted everthing on my ipod, the ipod worked it just had everything erased. i wasnt too oncerned cause everything's on my computer

well today i tried to put music back on it, i plug it into my comp, and it brings up iTunes as usual, but doesnt show up on iTunes, although it does show up on 'my computer'

on the ipod it says thrity gb are used under "other"

but it says no songs or videos or anything

this happened to another mp3 player of mine, i fixed by becuase

it had an erase internal memory option,
