She is a chocolate labrador, 3 years old, desexed at 8 months.... from time to time she gets a smell like she is on heat, she only ever went on heat once before she was desexed.

But in Aus- you have to pay a ridicoulous annual fee of up to $400... Anyone know any ways around it, that amount per year is insane, would love to personalise the sexy rexy but not at that price!
