Hello!

I have (unfortunately) been brought up in the self-serving United States, and am looking to obtain a University education in England. I will be graduating high school (13 years of education) in 2010, and would therefore be enrolling for that September.

My grades are fairly good, weighted about a 96.5/100, A to A+, and a 3.9 or 4. I will have taken 10 AP classes by the time I graduate, a similar, but less prestigious program than IB, with, hopefully, 4s and 5s (out of 5).

My question is simple: what Universities should I be considering? Where will I be accepted? Also, is there any literature on this topic.

Additional information regarding cost would be superb.

Finally, I would prefer to be within an hour or two of London by car or train, and would prefer a school with a moderate to strong Jewish population as well.
