My s/o recently went off to the military and I would really like to be able to excersize with him when he comes home. I have been overweight for years and I really don't want to stay this way. I have been known to stop eating in the past, so I dont know what my metabolism is like now. I do have a gym membership. How much excersize do you think I would need? What kind of foods? I am 5'8" and over 200 pounds currently. I dont look too bad and I can do a good amount of excersize when I put my mind to it. All suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

its kind of cold and we have tomato cream of mushroom and chicken noodle soup. i'm kinda tired of plain condensed soup and was wondering if you knew of anything thats good to add into those kinds of soup.

ok so i'm overwieght and gym class escercise and eating well doesn't do a thing. any suggestions on how i could lose some weight? thats not even my main problem. i have very thick and curly hair (i'm white) after gym class my hair gets all frizzy in the back and matted down by my face. with winter coming up i would like to wear my hair down. any ideas on how i can get my hair to look good? also my makeup runs like really bad in gym. i've tried multiple kinds but it doesn't seem to work. also any tips on better makeup?

ok so school is starting in about a week it starts on the 27th and i'm going to be a freshman which means i haven't seen the seniors yet! eeeeekkkkk!!!! anyway i have a LOT i mean A LOT of acne on my chin and i was wondering if there was any really cheap masks or cures for acne that could possibly work in that time. using things i have like potatoes cucumber nutmeg lemon banana. but i REALLY REALLY REALLY want to have a good impression entering high school PLEASE help!!

i have pimples!! lots all around my mouth mostly. i have high school registration tonight and they're taking pictures. a couiple days ago i put toothepaste on it. that worked a little and last night i washed it really really good and put aloe on my face that worked some. todaay i think i'm going to put ice on it before i go and some makeup (which i usually don't wear foundation) i have really oily skin so i'm going to try keeping this oil stuff on it. IT NEEDS TO BE GONE BY TONIGHT!!!! registration is at 4 and its 11 now. HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

ok so i live in arizona and there have been bugs in my bathroom. just today i killed 2! they usually only come out at night but these were in the daytime. they're fairly small maybe 3 inches at most and have a lot!!! of legs. the smaller ones are orangish yellow and the bigger ones are blackish greyish i guess. they might be coming from the plant we put in there and i will take it out but first i want to see if i can get a good picture of one i haven't yet but when i do i'm going to find a way to put the picture on here. we just movedd in like 2 months ago but i would like to have a friend over soon and i don't want them to find one and get creeped and not want to come back. when you kill them they twist and stuff like a centipede then roll into a ball when they're dead. do centipedes have live babies or eggs? but i don't know because if there was something in the soil then wouldn't they all be the same size like if something hatched or something. my papa has been spraying monthly for bugs but it doesn't seem to be helping. i sprayed this stuff on the soil and it helped for a while but i don't know how much of that stuff i'm willing to use. i really like my plant and don't want to move it out of my bathroom but.....

ok so i have a friend that is tuning 16 in just over a week and i don't know what to get him. a family member that he was close to passed recently and i was wanting to make him a box to put the stuff he has about him in. the cheapest good quality box i found to make would be 30 dollars and a lot of work. is there any cheaper wood than red wood??? that comes in pretty big pieces? i'd like it to fit a piece of paper inside. the only store we have in this little town for wood is home depot. so things you know is there would be greatly appreciated. plz nothing gross or stupid

i might get roller skates for my birthday but where i live i don't have a roller skating rink i would have to go to the valley every time i wanted to go skating. is there a type of wheels you can put on regular roller skates so you can skate outside? then put another kind on when you want to fo skating in the rink or do you have to have 2 pairs of skates?
