I don't want a new phone, Why cant i get an update from 4.3 to 4.4?

Anyone know of any rat breeders in Wales (preferably Swansea area)? I don't want to get anymore rats from pet shops because of the heath issues they are prone to. I know there are breeders all over Britain but I don't want to travel far and I cant seem to find any in Wales. I cant even find rat/small animal rescues anywhere nearby! If anyone breeds or knows anyone who breeds rats, I would be very grateful for any information thank you :)

Its my first time going to Download this year and any advice from past Downloaders would be much appreciated :) I have already read the info on the site but I really want people's experiences. What stuff to bring? (I don't want to bring anything I wont use), What are the other campers like? Whats the security like on the campsite? and what are the food prices like or should I bring my own food?

I want to create a cute sack girl avatar so I can put it as a profile pic on Facebook/Twitter but I cant find any sites that do it. Anyone know of any good sites that I might have missed? I want it to resemble my sack girl in the game.
