The problem is, she is very religious and I know she is bothered that I am not as religious as she is. I know that if a foreign woman comes to America on a student visa with the intention of getting married and staying in America, that is visa fraud. What if she comes to this country on a student visa with the intention of going to school, but I (an American born citizen) financially support her trip here for school with the intention of marrying her if we get along?
