I saw a dress at Hot Topic a while ago and I just bought it because it was on sale.

It is an above-the-knee red dress with white anchors and skulls on it. The sleeves are short and off the shoulder with black lace going through them. If i can get on the website from here at school I'll add the link. I got fake pearl earrings and a pearl necklace to go with it. I wanted to add a preppy, sailor touch to it. I want to wear it somewhere because I adore how it looks. But I don't know where.

So everyone, where do you think I can pull it off? Party? Shopping? Date? Etc.

I have a couple. I'm in high school so I always see things that annoy me.

~ Girls who want everyone, and I mean everyone, to look at their bodies by showing too much.

~ People who jump the gun and say "I love you" to literally everyone they are with even for a short time.

~ Those who try too hard to be "stoners" and "partiers". Everyone enjoys a good time, but please stop trying so hard when its obvious that is not yourself.

I was friends with this kid since Kindergarten and he is the most talented dude I know. He is a sick artist and talented athlete. If you can please just follow this link and like his t-shirt design that would be wonderful. A random, ugly one is winning due to the artist being popular and this one is really really good.
