Our wedding will be in a small country church so alcohol is not permitted, so we've opted for a sparkling grape juice toast instead of a champagne one. We will have 75 guests, and some of them small children who will participate as well. How many bottles do I need to purchase and what brands are recommended?

My boyfriend has been legally seperated from his wife for over 1 year (not quite 2 years). They have no children under 18 and property has already been divided and monies have been previously settled. How long would it take him to finalize his divorce since he has already signed the separation papers? We're in the state of Maryland.

I just bought a home built in the early 1960's. We were painting all the interior walls (laytex paint) and my boyfriend thought it was a good idea at the time to rinse out the rollers, brushes, etc, in the bathtub. (His intentions were good, bless his heart)

The bathtub is not modern fiberglass, but is the old school porcelain with ceramic tile surround. Over the years the top protective layer has worn off the tub, leaving the raw porcelain underneath exposed, which has absorbed all the paint. Now I have a pink and blue bath tub (supposed to be white) I have tried bleach, paint thinner, hydrochloric acid, etc, and nothing has worked.

Other than calling BathFitter, is there anything else I can do to remove the paint?

My ex-husband and I seperated about 10 months ago. He bought his house 7 years ago, now he is served with an unlawful detainer (from a bank). I do not have any ownership of the house and I am not on the mortgage. Is he in the process of foreclosure and they are evicting him that way? I was under the impression that an unlawful detainer was for people who were renting, not ones who actually own thier home, so I just needed some clarification. I do not have a relationship with the ex any longer because he was very abusive, I am under a protective order.

A stray kitten showed up at my door, she has been outside all of her life. I plan on adopting her as a housecat. She is still somewhat fearful of people, I can gently pet her for a minute then she gets a little skiddish- it's just taking some time to build up some trust.

I haven't taken her to the vet yet, but soon as I get some cash I am going to get her checked for worms, get rabies shots, etc, but in the mean time, I noticed some small bugs on her fur next to her skins, they don't look like the typical fleas, these little bugs are tiny, shaped like a tick or a flea, but are like a pale tan color. I am not sure if they are lice or some type of mite. There are tiny white dots on the end of her fur that she sheds, almost like these would be eggs or nits or something. I've seen fleas before but these don't look like that, but I've never seen lice or mites before and wondering what these "bugs" are and what can be done over the counter until I can take her to the vet.

I run a small car rental company inside of our main Chevy/Toyota dealership. I'm looking for neat stuff to promote our rental cars, such as banner, flags, signs, coffee mugs, etc., that would say something like "Rent Me" or "Car Rentals" etc, something that is not affiliated with Avis, Enterprise, Budget, etc.

My boyfriend and I purchased a truck together (a used S10). He lives in Maryland and has a Maryland Driver's License, and I live in Virginia (our towns are 3 miles from each other across state lines), and I have a Virginia Driver's License. We want to title and register the truck jointly (there are no liens on the truck) in Maryland. Is this possible with me having a Virginia Driver's License, or do I have to have a Md License? The MVA website is useless to me, I didn't find my answer there.

My boyfriend and I just bought a house (110K lien), and his parents will be moving in with us, in a garage-converted apartment. Parents are selling thier house for $80k to my boyfriend's older sister. Since they are close to 80 and have no other assests, we are trying to invest legally but avoid capital gains. Should that 80k be paid on our house and add the parents to the title, or should the deed to the original house be passed as a "gift" to the sister and sister pay mom & pop under the table? Or should the 80k be split between all 7 of mom & pop's children as an inheritance (even though both are alive, they do not have a will). Let me know what options exist.

I work for a small rental car company in Maryland. I have to check the customer's license to see if they are valid and if they have any warrants out for thier arrest. Is there a quicker way to do this than having to call dmv every time- when I call in the process is very slow, I'm trying to streamline the paperwork process so that the customer is in and out in a timely fashion. I don't need a full, detailed criminal or driving history, I just want to check the license to see if is valid and not suspended.

The server at work is run by a "Big Brother" company, and it blocks clothing, dating, game sites, etc. That's fine with me but now I can't even order office and computer supplies for the office. I need WORKING IP addresses and ports, something I can get around the server block with. Links to IP addreses won't work. I'm in the Mid-Atlantic USA. First person to provide me with working IP addresses & ports for Proxy servers gets the best answer. Thank you!
