Has anyone figured out where it is? Or did Yahoo just get rid of it?

I want to teach them *HOW* to think, now *WHAT* to think, because that would be brainwashing. Should I just let the rascal poop and pee wherever he pleases until he comes to the age of reason, and then gently, subtly explain to him the pros and cons of potty training and a-potty training?

Should I then use the same approach to morality? I don't think it would be right to brainwash them and tell them it is immoral to steal cookies.

Again, I'm just trying to be a tolerant, good human being, because I know what a horrible, unforgiveable "sin" it is to tell your own children how to act and what to believe. Or does that only apply to certain things? If so, I'd *LOVE* to hear how this is determined.

There is no contemporary attestation for Hannibal, either, the first source we have (correct me if I am wrong) is from Polybius, decades after Hannibal died.

The man who brought the Roman Republic to its knees doesn't have a "contemporary attestation," but now in order to convince "Jesus mythers" that Jesus existed, we need to have one of a man who most saw as a poor carpenter turned itinerant preacher? Really?

Hannibal is just a single example, I am sure there are *plenty* of similar situations with historical characters, and due to the nature of ancient sources, not their non-existence.

And now the latest, the Pope says that Jesus died for everyone, and that Atheists are able to do good things. Completely ancient Catholic teaching, that anyone can be used by God for His glory, even those who don't follow Him. But just in my brief time on this board today, people claim that the Pope said Atheists go to Heaven, and that he now teaches universal salvation.

Why are people so desperate to paint everything the poor man does as radical, heretical, and modern?

We should legalize child beating. If we do that, we can set up special places for parents to beat their children and minimize the damage. Keeping it outlawed obviously isn't stopping it from happening.

Abortion should be legal because it will happen if we outlaw it or not. We should keep it legal to limit the damage.

You see any difference in those lines of reasoning? Because I don't.

If something is inherently evil, like abortion or beating children, it should be illegal regardless of the pains that come with making it so. End.

Please don't get into if abortion is moral or not, this is about people who believe it is immoral, but are prochoice because of the reasoning above.

I was looking for mp3 players, but they all come with things I don't want. I don't want apps, video, internet, etc. I just want something I can play music from my PC on. I would like it to be cheap, but also have a decent amount of memory. Durability would also be nice.

When I load a video, it just loads up the first few seconds and then stops loading for a minute or two. Then it loads up a few more seconds then stops. Eventually, the whole video will just load all at once, though.

This doesn't happen on any other online video players (like Vimeo), so I know it isn't my internet. I've tried disc clean up, removing my temporary files, and defragging.

Any ideas about how to solve this?

I am going to become a priest. To enter the seminary, I need a criminal background check. To get this background check, I must send in my fingerprints, and they must be done by a certified technician. The form that the seminary gave me directed me to get printed at my local police station. I went to the local police station, but they told me that they cannot help me. Instead, they directed me to an agency called Cogent. I tried to register so I could get an appointment, but then found out that they only fingerprint people if they are entering a government agency like the Department of Education.

This is a huge headache.

Everyone was taking advantage of and politicizing the death of the Indian woman in Ireland. Pro-choicers say she died of "not-having-an-abortionitis" before she was even examined for a cause of death.

Why isn't anyone outraged about the death of Tonya Reaves? She died of having an abortion. Her crappy planned parenthood doctors killed her and her unborn child. But there is no public outcry from you guys (the ones up in arms about Irish abortion laws). In fact, I didn't learn about her until today, months after she has died. The media doesn't care when that happens.

If the death of this unnamed Indian woman prompts looser abortion laws in Ireland, then why doesn't the death of people like Tonya prompt harsher abortion laws in the US? Or, perhaps, and this is quite radical, maybe we should try mourning the dead instead of using them for our own political agendas.

The ones that say Constantine started the Catholic Church. I mean, what do they think actually happened in Nicea? Did Constantine just set up the hierarchy by putting robes on Nicene bums and then somehow immediately establish the entire Catholic Church throughout the known world?

And then there is the blatant evidence that there was Catholicism before Nicea, did Constantine just fabricate it all or what? For Christ's sake, we had over 30 Popes by that time! Were they all completely made up or what?

I was looking for a study comparing the happiness and stress levels of Catholics to some group like Mainline Protestants or Fundamentalists, but nothing came up. It seems interesting enough, am I unable to find the studies or has no one ever taken interest in it?

I get flak all the time, that because I say the "Hail Mary", that I worship Mary as some sort of "other God." Hail is nothing more than a greeting, people, used by Gabriel himself in the Gospel of Luke. If you think saying "Hail Mary" is pagan, then go after Gabriel, not us Catholics, Anglicans, Confessional Lutherans, etc.

So do people think this way because they are willingly ignorant and just ignore what Catholics say about our faith, or are they *actually* ignorant and think that we Catholics are all doing one big group lie because we are some kind of malevolent hive mind?

Have there been any formal medical studies done on rituals such of the Catholic one of Communion?

Many do not partake because they believe that they will catch something, but since the wine used is alcoholic, I always figured it would kill most everything.
