Hi, my brother and his girlfriend , have I phones like me, every time I text them the icon is green for regular message, and it's not blue .. However, every time my brothers girl friend send me a text, it turns blue but if I send her a text it's green... And same for my brothers .. How do I change that I tried turning on and off the I message and I have both the apple iD and the phone number on ..

I am feeling sick my symptoms include

1. Tired

2. Cold chills and and feel warm at the same time.

3. mucus green yellow at times not all

4. Cough that comes and goes

5. feel very warm but no fever..

I went to the doctor the other day and she told be for my age,20. I needed to lose 5 to 10 pounds I was a bit overweight she said.. She said to eat right and to exercise My question is can walking help me lose weight? I mean I can't just start heavy and run... I wanted to progress like start walking for a bit then when I feel ready jog and then so on and so forth... any tips?
