She has turned out to be backstabbing, misses work constantly or is late. I went to her about it she acted like she had been the perfect employee and then went to my co workers and told them I am mean to her. There are several who do not talk to me any longer.

I was concerned that my boss would think ill of me for recommending such a slacker so I went to him to apologize and instead of addressing her constant tardiness and inappropriate phone/internet usage he told her that I had come to him. Ugh, I am beyond annoyed with the entire situation and do not know what to do. There are a few in my office who feel the same way, but we are def. the minority. We are tired of working and being responsible while watching her slack and gloat about being able to do it.

We had some women come to our door the other day and I was curious as to what the difference in their beliefs and ours (Baptist).

I do know that they do not accept blood products or celebrate holidays but what other differences are there.

Do they believe in God (as the trinity, God, Jesus and Holy Spirit)?

Do they believe in heaven?

I am a medical professional who spends a great deal of time in physician offices. Today while I was taking paperwork into one of the offices I encountered a woman who is now married to one of my ex's. We normally do not speak when we see each other in passing but I decided that I would politely say "hello" to her today. However, she glared and kept walking.

A little history.......

1. The ex and I parted on friendly terms. His wife and I have not ever had any problems in the past.

2. I am happily married. (to a guy who happens to have been friends with her brother since high school)

3. Professionally, we are at opposite sides of the corporate ladder. I am blessed to be almost at the top and she is a receptionist.

What do you think the problem is? How would you approach her in the future? Serious answers only.
