I'm having a problem with a person on Ebay. I bought this jersey thinking it was real. After my brother told me it was a fake along with a bit of research, I found out that it seems to be an actual fake. The 49ers Logo above the front numbering (52) is a lot larger than normal.

If that isn't bad enough, the seller listed It as an ''Authentic'' and says he purchased It at a Sears in Hawaii. Well, I looked online and haven't found any record of any sears selling The NFL Nike jerseys since they have hit the market.

Lastly and most importantly, It was listed as $195 and the seller accepted my offer of $100 BEFORE i found out it was a fake. (which sparked my brothers attention right away).

Long story short, I told em that I'm not buying it and he said he will open a case on me with Ebay If He doesn't get their money soon. BTW the Item was re-listed right after I won the highest offer!

I'm looking for the artist who, about two years ago came out with a cool instrumental CD. It was more of a kids/anime type style.

There was a song (and i could have the name wrong) called: tokyo at night

There was also a song that had the main theme from The land before time, mixed into it.

There were a bunch more, but I'm drawing a blank. - The guy who made it is also an actual artist, drawing many cool covers n pics for his music. -- Please help me out, this is driving me crazy!!

I have lived in this apartment share for 2 months now. I am NOT on the lease, gave my roommate (lease-holder) rent and the security deposit upon moving in.

Due to personal issues, I have to move out ASAP. I told my roommate about it last week and first she said it would take her 3 days to get the security deposit back, then a few days later she said she'd have to wait for someone new to move in. Today, she told me that she also wanted to wait for the electric bill to come in the mail.

I want to and HAVE to move out ASAP but I'm not leaving without my security deposit. What are my rights, what can I say to her and what can I do now? Of course, I understand why she's waiting for the electric bill since we split it in half, but do I really have to wait?

I live in New York City by the way. Please help!

Ever since I spilled water on my laptop, the mic doesnt work. So when I videocall my girlfriend, all she hears is a loud noise as if somebody were to hold a plasticbag in front of a fan.

How can I fix it?

Ich hatte Bilder von meinem USB-Stick gelöscht und versucht sie mit Hilfe eines Datenwiederherstellungsprogramm wiederzubekommen. Hat auch alles geklappt, also er hat ne Menge Bilder gefunden.

Wenn ich sie jetzt jedoch öffne, sieht man nur die obere Hälfte und die untere ist komplett grau.

Was muss ich tun, um sie vollständig zurückzubekommen ?

I had gotten three tickets last October. all worth $360.

I wasn't able to pay them and the Judge told me to come back court on 'x' court date. He told me to make sure i come back because if i don't i would have a warrant for my arrest. Well, i didn't show up and it's been almost 7 months.

-I would like t know if I were to give a friend the 360$ for my tickets, would they be able to go to the courthouse and pay it ?

-Also, would they drop my warrant?
