If an event starts on Saturday at 22:00pm (GMT -5) and ends on Sunday at 00:00am (GMT -5), what time is that in California?

I’m trying to access a website which I have accessed for the last year (not from a bookmark). When I attempt to sign in it recognizes me but then says I need to agree to a new Terms & Conditions agreement. Fine. When I click the ‘OK’ button, it loads the agreement in a MS Word Doc. I have emailed the site and they say it’s my computer. I know it’s not the computer because I do not have this issue elsewhere. I have also properly uninstalled both the program and Adobe Flash player and re-installed and it did not work. Can anyone give me some suggestions as how I can fix this or explain to them their issue with their link?

Sometimes, when I am online viewing a page and I click a hyperlink to link to add'l information online, it tries to open the page on a Microsoft Word document instead of an online page. I have played with the security settings and Restored the Advance Setting on the Advanced tab in the Internet Options area but it does not fix the page from opening in Word. It doesn't happen all the time. Just on some online pages. Does anyone know how can I fix this? (I'm on WinVista and have MS Office 2007 if that helps).

My 6 yr old son saw a TV showing how man evolved from apes. I allowed him to continue to watch with me. A problem arose: How do I talk to my child about how humans came to be? We live by God in our household and he has never heard of ‘Darwinism’. Yet my son (putting 2 & 2 together) asked me flat out: If we evolved from apes, why do we believe that God created man. I told him I needed to do research and will get back to him. Honestly, I have my own opinion on the issue but don't want to share it with him. How do I approach the subject and not squash his ‘thinking outside of the box’? Any ideas on the matter?

I am moving from a small apartment to a one story house. I have a 6 year old fixed indoor cat with no plans to let her roam outside. How can I make the move go smoothly for her? She has never known any other home. Any tips on how to help her adjust to the new house and possible behavior problems I might have with her?
