A certain town has 100,000 families. These families own 1.8 cars on average. It is also known that 20% of the families don't own a car. As part of a traffic survey, investigators plan to take a simple random sample of 1600 families. Find the chance that less than 19% of the families in the sample will not own a car.

I recently decided to become a pescatarian, mainly for the health benifits (please don't give me any greif about not being a true vegitarian, I know). I've also recently started to exercise frequently and have lost about 15 pounds in the past 7 weeks.

Anyways, I made this diet change about a month ago. Oddly enough, my period was really late this month, almost two weeks late. Usually my period comes every 28 days and lasts for about 5 days. I can even predict the heaviness or lightness of each of the days.

However, this period besides being late is also strange and irregular. It is dark in color and thick in texture. Could this be from my sudden diet change, weight loss, or physical activity? Or a combination of the three?

I have a Dell computer with Windows Vista. It came with one of those fingerprint scanners for log on. However, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to set it up! I've looked all over the control panel but maybe I just didn't see it? Please help, I'd really like to set this up! Thanks!
