  • Dell inspiron shocking my body?

    I have a Dell inspiron 8600 and it's the base or the moniter touching bare skin giving nasty shocks, it's not a single zap it's a constant tingle but painful zap. I have looked at other topis and I have used not only different sockets but I have used different fused sockets [front sockers on one ring and back rings on a diff radial fused]. Anyone else had this issue that could advise. P.s. I have a new power supply for my laptop.
